Overall good experience.

Conveniently located near Ruby Crossing, beside Acropolis Mall. The VFS visa application centre is just a few steps away, in the next building. Comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast. In-house restaurant Cheeni Kum and bar for refreshments. Overall a pleasant experience in South Kolkata.

highly unprofessional, worst hotel. rooms are very dirty, food is worst, never recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is not ccooperative. You can't approach to GM for any Complaints . Dont book this hotel . overpriced asper their room and service

Over priced Under Whelmed

The hotel room was not clean. The wall paper is taped up with masking tape. They only provided 2 towels. No bath mat, hand towels or wash rags. The shower has no curtain which makes the entire bathroom wet so you would think there would be more towels. No one came to ask for a turn down, change bedding, take out the trash, or offer clean towels. We were there for 5 nights. The sheets were stained. The second bed had a bottom sheet and a thin small green fleece blanket. The pillows were thin and hard and were not provided for the second bed. They brought water by twice. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The gentlemen at the front desk were poor communicators and pretentious. I think this location charges what it does because it’s across the street from a fancy mall. At check out, we were at the front desk for 40 minutes while they rebooted their computer multiple times. Never once asked how we would pay. When the time came to take payment, they didn’t accept “international cards” and offered a QR code to scan for payment methods. All that did was open my WhatsApp. Finally, after I told him we had to leave to catch a flight and that we had been there for 30 minutes he said we could pay cash. An employee walked me around the block to an ATM that required 4 transactions to withdraw enough money to cover the expense. Then after we paid the front desk person told me we needed to wait for another hotel patron because there were issues with their room number. That was totally confusing. I had to be stern and say we paid and that we were leaving. At no point did I receive an invoice or receipt. It took 40 minutes to check out with no one else in the lobby for that entire time.

A stay at Narayani hotel

An amazing experience to stay and visit here on weekly basis and very much happy and satisfied with the services provided by the hotel management and staffs and room service and foods service are just amazing...

GOOD HOTEL

Considerate staff. Good location. Opposite Acropolis Mall. VFS Global visa processing centre 100m away. Bancharam sweets 50m away. Taxi stand nearby. A standard hotel in prime location. Airport 20km away.
