Great Hotel !!

Hotel Central Point International is the best hotel in the Bilaspur area as the city is small. The hotel has all present day ammenities and is well equipped with in-room facilities.
The food is also great and they have a wide variety of options in A-La-Carte menu

Rooms: Just okay. Nothing special, basic facilities.
Location: Average. The only real advantage is that it’s directly in front of the High Court, which may be convenient for visitors with court-related work.Food: Very poor quality. Needs serious improvement. Staff: Lacks proper training. Service is not up to hotel standards. Ambience: Feels more like a marriage garden than a professional hotel.
Overall: The hotel struggles to meet expectations. Unless you specifically need proximity to the High Court, there are better options in Bilaspur for comfort, food, and service.

Comfortable stay

I stayed here with my family to attend a marriage ceremony. The property is located outside of bilaspur city opposite to high court on raipur road.
The checking was quick.and smooth. The room was quite spacious with all amenities. The interior was ok and the maintenance looked average. However it offered a comfortable stay. The toilet was clean but maintenance was poor. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. The housekeeping was good. The staff took proper care of us and was attentive to our needs. The property is big and offer hood parking space too. The banquet hall was very elegant and looked great. The food quality was very good.
The overall stay was very good. Nice hotel.

Huge rooms, great service

The hotel is bang opposite the new High Court, on the main highway to Raipur. Though on the highway, it is quiet and relaxing place. I tarried a bit more, ruled by the large garden and rabbits that frolicked around.
Food was decent, quality parish and took about 20 minutes to be served.
The rooms we had were extra large. Well laid out and clean. The air conditioner worked well and the sheets were clean. Toiletries were provided and hot water was available.
Service was excellent. I had problems with my laptop being unable to access the wifi. The receptionist allowed me to use his machine and send my mails. Complementary breakfast.
Negotiate rates. They will give substantial discounts.
