Being considerate

A good hotel, well maintained, neat and clean though from the outside it looks a little ‘old’.
The staff were so considerate that they even got us a different on request as we felt the room allocated earlier was not to our liking.
We had our midnight flight booked prior to our visit. Mr Dass the manager was such considerate that he allowed us to wash up and get a rest before we took off to the airport.
They even housed our luggage till late evening after hearing out about our flight details.
Seldom we get considerate personal of such nature especially in areas of plenty tourist but I guess we were lucky to have booked this hotel.

Very Bad experience in Sambit Palace

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel in mid of Jan 2018.I booked 2 rooms it online from its own website.When we reached the hotel,we saw the rooms are not cleaned,all rooms have foul smell of pest control chemical.We asked to sparay some room freshner.The bedsheets were dirty and we asked to change it again for both the rooms.We were not happy at all but we already paid the amount.There were lot of chockroach roming in the bathroom s,beds ,here and there.There are other insects also in the bathroom. Also very very bad smell coming out from bathroom.The room service was not good.We called multiple times for a simple things.Food were too costly and they will take lot of time to prepare.Egg omplete plain - Rs.50.
We will never visit this hotel again.

Disrespectful Staff. Pathetic Service.

Hotel Manager told me to get lost when I asked why dustbin was not cleaned in my room.
Worst service ever. Please go visit some other hotel.
After alot of fighting they sent a guy to clean the dustbin and he simply emptied its contents out of the window and kept the dustbin back.
That's got to be the worst hotel I have ever visited

Please Don't Waste Your Money Here.

Firstly, the quality of the rooms is pathetic. House keeping takes over an hour to come. Also they don't even clean your room or the dustbin unless you ask for it.
Secondly, the staff is very rude and lazy. They promise your everything on the phone and when you get there make you pay extra for everything. Like they offered us discount + complimentary breakfast if we booked 2 rooms. But when we reached there they said "either pay more money or get lost". We had to pay Rs. 400 Extra for beds and even more for breakfast which tasted atleast a week old.
Thirdly, they gave us rooms without water heaters, no internet, not even free water. We had to have bath in cold water despite booking a deluxe room.
Please, do not waste even 1 penny of your hard earned money on this pathetic place.

Bad experiences

Very bad hospitality and bad response n attitude.plz dont visit this hotel.these people dont know how to talk n behave with customer.customers waiting but they dont have courtesy to respond.we have gone there to stay but left because they was not having room after confirming over phone.
