Awesome property and great food
A special thanks to Mr. Pamlesh for providing excellent room service and ensuring everything was taken care of so well.
The breakfast experience was exceptional, thanks to Mr. Gautam Krishna and Mr. Palsang. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and friendly service made the morning even more enjoyable.
The entire team made me feel welcomed and well looked after. I truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great hospitality.

Expected Much Better from Radisson
The biggest issue was the room key. Their key-coding system apparently wasn’t working, and it took around two hours to get me a working key. During that time, whenever I left the room, I had to be escorted back because I couldn’t access it myself. I was repeatedly told that someone would bring me a key, but I had to follow up three times before it was finally resolved. This was extremely inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
I had specifically booked a king bed room, but was initially given a twin bed room. When I raised this at the front desk, instead of simply checking and resolving the issue, the response was quite confrontational. I was told that I had not reserved a specific room and that they would provide whatever was available. I had to show them my booking confirmation proving that I had booked a king bed room before they changed the room. There was no apology for the mix-up.
The internet was also extremely slow and unreliable, which is particularly disappointing for a hotel in this price range. There was no apparent option to pay for an upgraded internet service either.
On top of that, more than half the time the front desk didn't pick up when I tried calling, including when trying to reach in-room dining. That made basic requests unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, the stay was okay, but the service and reliability did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel, particularly given the price. I would not recommend this hotel at its current price point. There are plenty of hotels where you can expect a much smoother and more professional experience for the same money.
