Great Ambiance

Great ambiance. Lot of greenery and space, they also have tea garden back side. Staff is very polite and responsive. It's very Near to kohra central range. Food is good in taste but Buffet breakfast needs improvement. Had a wonderful stay!!

Need improvement

Nice location, and staff was friendly. However
Housekeeping was not up to the expectations, used bed sheets and duvets was there on Arrival,
Pillow was dirty,, it’s becoming yellow colour…
But the place was quiet and well maintained………..

Below average stay

There is No Wi-fi in this property. Toilet Door broken. Wash basin taps not fixed properly so its just hanging. We both as Snr citizens were allotted way up the hill & had to climb lots of steps to reach our rooms. Breakfast No egg omlette. Ver poor staff attitude. There is a dried lotus pond which was very stinking when we were there. Looks good thru pictures. Would not recommend.

Good property at Kaziranga

We were there for 1 night only but its a huge property to stay and explore.
Also, they have good food and lilies in their pond.
Basic aminities were missing. Rest good.
Just a note for the hotel management:- when we reached there after a day long travel, they asked us to fill the form first even when we were tried like hell and having our bags in our hands.The person named Tapan specifically mentioned that they will allow us after form filling process only(it was a prepaid booking, payment was made already days before check-in)
Pls allow guests to feel like home first and form filling process can wait a little.

beautiful ambience

very beautiful ambience . Lot of trees and greens around including a small tea estate within the property. very nice place to relax and spend quiet and peaceful time with friends and families. Food is good and the staff goes out of the way to arrange private lunch or dinner for groups. Rooms are neat clean. Bathroom upkeep and plumbing needs some finetuning. they arrange camp fires with advance notice.
