Taj Swarna experience
Our stay at Taj Swarna was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every aspect of the experience reflected the high standards of hospitality the hotel is known for.
The rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout our stay, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
What truly elevated the experience was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit.
The breakfast spread was one of the highlights of our stay. There was an impressive variety of dishes catering to different tastes, with everything being fresh and delicious. A special mention goes to the garlic chutney I tried on the first morning—it was absolutely phenomenal. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn't resist asking the sous chef for the recipe!
The sous chef, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma,deserves a very special mention because he truly elevated our experience. Every single morning, he would personally come over to our table, ask us how our stay was going, and make sure we were enjoying the food. These conversations never felt routine or forced—they were warm, genuine, and thoughtful. He also took the time to recommend places to visit around the city, suggested shopping centres, and shared useful local tips that helped us make the most of our trip. It's rare to experience this level of personal attention, and it made us feel genuinely cared for.
We would also like to thank Mr.Ravi, who looked after us during breakfast. He was always cheerful, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was helping us with our requests or simply ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal, his kindness and genuine hospitality never went unnoticed. Together with the sous chef and the rest of the breakfast team, he made every morning a wonderful start to the day and left us looking forward to breakfast each day.
The hospitality extended far beyond the restaurant. Beautiful rooms, outstanding food, exceptional service, and countless thoughtful gestures came together to create an experience that exceeded our expectations. Luxury hotels often provide excellent facilities, but what truly makes a stay memorable is the people, and the team at Taj Swarna demonstrated that perfectly. Every staff member was consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist. No request ever seemed like too much trouble, and every interaction was met with genuine kindness.
Another aspect we appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Despite being in a convenient location, the property felt calm and relaxing. After spending the day exploring the city, it was always a pleasure to return to such a comfortable environment. The cleanliness of the common areas, the elegant décor, and the overall ambience all contributed to a very pleasant stay.
We left with wonderful memories and a genuine appreciation for everyone who made our visit so special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially the sous chef, for making us feel so welcome and for going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend Taj Swarna to our friends, family, and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, outstanding dining, and a truly memorable hotel experience.
