Good stay at VFM price

During my holidays in Amritsar we had stayed in this hotel located at Queens Road for 3 nights. The hotel is located on the main road and has its own bakery on the ground floor. We had booked 2 super deluxe rooms which were spacious with sufficient space to accommodate extra mattress and well furnished attached bathroom with all modern fittings. We had reached 2 hrs before check-in time and was allocated one room immediately without any extra charge. Complimentary breakfast did not have buffet but they served hot parathas and puris which was good. Location is very good and Rickshaws are available in front of the hotel for travelling to anywhere in Amritsar - Golden Temple, Company Bagh etc. Overall a good stay and the price was vfm too at only 2250 bucks per room per night.

rude reception staff

rooms were decent but staff at reception are very rude, as if they are doing a favor on you for everything. refused to even give empty plates for kids to eat. they expect us to order from their kitchen which has limited items at inflated price..

Hotel popular - worst place you can be ever

The owner is arrogant and hotel is not provided with water bottle and hot water for shower.
Moreover it is unhygienic bed sheet and cooridor
Place is shabby
Not couple friend
Was in the hotel for only one hour
Never visit

Dear guest ,Thank you for your feedback to us .This is totally wrong .Very bad guest when we request for payment at check out time .they misbehave our duty manager .They dont't.want't to pay bill .

Budget hotel located near Railway station!

It's a budget hotel located near Railway station having clean room and bathroom. TV kept is too small given the size of room. Mineral water bottle having a mrp of Rs. 20 was billed for Rs. 30 with an arrogant attitude that it is a normal practice all over here.

Average hotel

The room was average with clean floors .i don’t think they have separate house keeping staff and full empty despite this staff was non cooperative. They don’t allow any type of late checkouts even if you check in late.
