Beautiful cottages and views of the valley

Having already stayed at the Nayalap glamping tents, we decided to stay at Earth homes on this visit. The cottages are beautifully constructed, with mud cladding, which gives it a calming aesthetic. There is a lot of space, and this allowed me to set up a work station on the table in the living room. The sit out was my favourite place from which i could gaze at the valley. The food is excellent and the service is warm. Tanuja and Anindya are the best hosts ever. Don't forget to try the lassi at the Dhamas dairy in the nearby village!

Very Refreshing

Very Refreshing.. people seeking calm and solace must go there. Specially Tanju the host is very friendly and compassionate person. Property is really well made and food is excellent.

Couldn't have hoped for a better holiday. Wonderful place, exceptional hosts, dedicated staff and beAutiful surroundings

When I heard of Nayalap, the catchword for me was ‘Earth Homes’, resplendent with all the facilities a city dweller takes for granted. Uttarakhand pulled four of us to this unique cottage, simply and artistically crafted with a woman’s eye for placement and beauty and a man’s pragmatic touch. Bamboo shades, mud walls, reed floors blended seamlessly with electric blankets and pristine linen. Hand hewn furniture caught the eye.The rough and the smooth were interwoven without disturbing the organic surroundings. An hour or two away from Ranikhet, Binsar and Almora , Nayalap was the perfect home away from home. The Himalayan range smiled at us as we sat down for morning breakfast.Tanuja and Anindo run this property with deep love and abiding passion. The charming and gracious staff enriched our taste buds with the choicest local cuisine made at our request. When I say, we couldn’t have asked for more, I speak for my husband, Rajesh, and our very dear friends, Vinny and Amit. We can’t thank Amit enough for unearthing this rare gem for our beautiful sojourn.

Beautiful place

The place is beautiful with an amazing view over the mountains. The food is very good. We had been to the tents already, and the confort and service are as great in both places. The houses have a big and cosy living room, as well as the room. The cleanliness is impeccable

Feeling like at home with the best views. Very inspiring

The place is really amazing. Everything: the location, landscape, cleanness, super comfortable bed, and the food, so yummy. I had the best experience. I definitely recommend it. The staff is also very helpful and kind. We even did a trekking visit to a temple.
