An awesome place to stay . I will return many times . Super friendly and caring staff
Amarpreet , Evelyn, Naba. Jonas Aniket are an asset to the enterprise . They treated us with so much love and caring they ensured the stay was excellent and comfortable . Thank you guys for the warm hospitality . All other staff contracted with were very caring . A great place to stay

Beautiful colonial style

Beautiful, historic hotel – you feel more than 100 years back in time. Most of the furniture in the rooms seems to be almost as old as the hotel itself and is simple but decorated to match the atmosphere. The pool is idyllic in the back garden and invites you to relax. The food in the restaurant is fine, and check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly.

Great heritage hotel !!! We do not get service like this in the USA!!!! From the time we arrived the staff was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. So many little things made out stay memorable. Our room was like a suite, clean and welcoming. From the afternoon tea to the nightly entertainment. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and outgoing. They started our stay out right by telling us about the property and all it had to offer . We did use the spa services and they were fantastic. The breakfast staff were excellent as well , they made us feel like royalty every time we ate in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very diligent in making sure we understood all the different selections they had to offer , and it was great to have them explain what the different foods were and make suggestions on what they felt was good. Thank you for being very patient with us Americans. And finally the location of the property is great !!! It is close enough to everything, yet not in the ruckus of the hotel zone. Had a great courtyard and a very nice pool. We highly recommend this property to everyone traveling from the USA, reasonably priced with service that goes above and beyond.

Not good

Rooms are fine and location is good. Food was ok. Once you leave they will give you a massive bill even though we had already paid for the room the day before, they will add on many extra things, then will fail to explain and just keep adding numbers onto the calculator and say its fine. Avoid this place! We had to just pay all the extra things as it was early morning and we had a train to catch. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Untrustworthy Booking Practices – Avoid The Grand Imperial Agra
I booked two rooms at The Grand Imperial Agra for 4th February 2026 through a external site Despite updating my valid credit card details three times at their request, the hotel cancelled my confirmed booking citing “invalid card.” Immediately after, the rooms were resold to other guests. Attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.
This experience shows a lack of professionalism and reliability. Guests should be aware that confirmed bookings may be cancelled without genuine cause. I strongly advise caution when considering this property.
