Truly reflects Moghul Grandeur.
Very well maintained property.
You can feel the heritage and experience Moghul culture through the artworks displayed throughout the property.
Rooms are very spacious. Comfortable bed and bath.
We opted for buffet dinner and it was extravagant. Had varied options for Indian cuisine as well as continental cuisine and Asian cuisine with a variety of desserts.
Breakfast spread is also scrumptious.
Foreigners should specially try their Ginger tea. Very local and aptly displayed.
The property has 2 pools and I would recommend the bigger pool which is on the back side of the resort. Nicely designed with plant oasis in the center of the pool.
The resort has a Taj viewing gallery where you can spend 10-15 minutes in the evening and see Taj grandeur from afar.
While checkin we have to pass through the grand corridor which reflects the grandeur of the Moghuls but there were no towels or water offered to us to help us relax after our hectic travel.
Mr. Naman helped us check-in and provided us our room.
During the course of our short stay, Mr Dharmendra from housekeeping maintained our room and provided us with a good experience. Ms. Umra catered to our dining requirements for Lunch, dinner and breakfast. Truly hardworking staff always ready to help you with a smile on their face.
I would surely recommend the resort for a leisure trip to Agra.

We had a truly comfortable and pleasant stay. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality and the excellent support specially your welcoming nature and smile makes us comfortable and your FO team Anjali, and entire staff throughout our stay. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and attentive to our needs, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of also Mr Parveen from coffee shop very much courteous.
The room and facilities were well-maintained, and the services provided were prompt and efficient. We are grateful for all the efforts taken by the team to make our stay smooth, comfortable, and welcoming.

The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive — from the rooms to the common areas, everything was neat, hygienic, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a very relaxing ambience.

Truly Memorable Stay at ITC Mughal
Both chefs personally took care of us and went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. Chef Manoj especially recommended that we dine at Peshawari, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner, along with great food, hospitality, and some beautiful family moments.
Chef Satyaveer Rana also took special care of us during breakfast, ensuring that we were comfortable and well looked after.
It is this kind of genuine hospitality and personal attention that makes a stay truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Manoj, Chef Satyaveer Rana, and the entire ITC Mughal team for making my parents’ anniversary so special. We look forward to visiting again!

A special mention to the Housekeeping team for maintaining excellent standards throughout my stay. Ajay & Punandu provided excellent turndown service, Rohit, the Floor In-charge, was attentive and always ready to assist, and Deepak, Housekeeping Manager, ensured everything was well taken care of.
My sincere appreciation to the F&B team — Om, Parveen and Pravesh — for their warm and courteous service, and to the Kitchen team — Manoj and Sakchik — for ensuring an excellent dining experience.
