So Scary and Horrible

I stay only one night and its my mistake to book this hotel room. It is so scary and horrible hotel
Please dnt book room in this hotel.
Bathroom is in bad condition or bed also. All services are dumb.

Worst place in agra

Worst hotel i have ever seen like hell.koi bhi yaha na jaye.two hours experience is awfu
l.scary place.terrible iam shocked. It is like scary nightmare for me.i think this property must be closed room sare damp stinky .toilets are not working.i can't understand why you add this in your site.

Scary & No Good Services

Stayed in this hotel with family and everything here was worst and location is also scary and AC and electricity issue without generators. If you want to stay in Agra, stay somewhere else because they don't know how to treat travellers.

Cheater + Dirty room

This hotel owner cheated us we are from goa on 9th morning we reached to this hotel, we booked non AC room for 1200 but the owner said to pay 1500 and 300 he would return us once we leave the room , but later he dint return and also the owner insisted us to book a vehicle to cover up the tourist points for 1200 , Six places , the owner offered us tea, he said till the drive comes seat inside and offered tea for 5 people, which we had not ordered ,and started asking money of tea while leaving the room , the driver arrives within half and hour of waiting , he drops us to taj mahal the distance from viren international hotel to taj mahal 4 kms, as Demonetisation was declared on previous mid night 8th nov, on tourist point taj mahal they were not accepting the 500 notes to buy the tickets ho-were we managed to buy tickets of taj mahal, and we told the driver we dont want to see the other points like lal kila , and all give us our amount back the driver dropped us to hotel and the hotel owner was not ready to give us the amount of vehicle we only visited one spot just 4 kms and 1200 rupees was taken and the room cleanliness is worst the water for bath is salty and hard water the toilets dont have flush and the owners are cheaters looting the tourist . we fought for 1 hr but no use they dint give us our money back such a bad experience in agra, guys please dont book this hotel is unhygienic you'll will become sick ..

Worst Hotel & Staff

We booked viren international, Agra for our Group. When we reached hotel @ Night. Our all members refused to stay in this hotel. Worst Management. Worst Room and washroom. Completely Damp and sinking wall. Its just feel like hell. We moved out to other hotel. Food arrangement was also very poor. Very Less meals prepared for 35 members. Staff member was drunk. I will never prefer this hotel or suggest anyone.
