Very Poor, Thief Staff. VERY BAD SERVICE

This is one of the worst hotel experience I ever had. The staff is kind of thief. We discussed the price as 700 and after I gave then 2000 note as I didn't had change, he only returned me 1230 saying (staff) I said 770 not 700, And most disgusting part I asked for the slip (which was initially filled with 700) made tricky changed to 770 and gave it to me. Towel/bathroom are all dirty. No warm water available. And the rooms are very pathetic.

Beautiful hotel but terrible service

The Surya hotel is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and spacious with everything that you would need however the service at the hotel is not great. It seems to me that there is a core group of staff who are particularly well trained and exceptional at what they do but then there are those that are really clueless. For example we sat down to eat in the restaurant to find that the cutlery that was set had been used by the customers that had just left, when we asked for glasses for water the waiter went to other occupied tables and grabbed 4 glasses form other various people/tables that may or may not have been used. Having said this though there are more experienced staff around that were able to sort these things out for us. Breakfast was great with a good choice of Indian and Western food.I would stay there again.

goede ligging, propere kamers, mooi dakterras

een aanrader betreffende ligging en netheid van de kamers ...
een dakterras met uitzicht op de Taj Mahal ..... goed voor een verfrissing ...
zwembad leek niet aantrekkelijk ...
goede restaurant in de onmiddellijke omgeving ... ontbijt was matig
