The water was cold. The sheets were stained. Staff was friendly and tried to help.

Staff were extremely helpful and very lenient. Great place to stay in Agra, minutes away from The Diwaan Restaurant which was fantastic. Easily able to take a tuk Tuk to Taj Mahal within 8 minutes.

For one night was ok.

Stayed here for only 1 night on the 1st floor with accommodating elevator. The room and bathroom were adequately clean, but no amenities, just a small bar of soap by the washbasin. There was a ceiling fan that unfortunately stayed on super fast speed as there was nowhere to turn it to a lower speed. Also a small aircon above the bed, however the aircon wasn't cooling properly also very noisy, so it was of no use. I was lucky to have a fridge in the room, until I discovered it didn't work.
On the night there were issues with other guests being loud and noisy preparing for a wedding. This led to people constantly approaching my door but after advising the hotel management, they were quick to address the problem.
The following day I realised the half eaten apple in my overshoulder bag was from some sort of rodent from the room. This may be explained by the spaying of insecticide of the hotel the day I arrived.
Tip: Always pay for service and/or food immediately, so not to have issues at the end of your stay.
