Not on the beach, but a new go-to hotel

Great new hotel, very friendly, and close to downtown Georgetown and less than 10 minutes to Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay. Three restaurants on-site, very high-end rooms, a nice on-site gym, and great pool areas.

Well worth it!

One GT is a jewel. Huge kudos to the hotel team for quality service. Professional and courteous at every turn. Rooftop pool with outdoor dining, craft cocktails and music was the perfect spot to celebrate my solo birthday. Enjoyed my spacious studio room. Balcony had an amazing view of the cruise ship port. I did have excursions, but no rental car. Easy walk to downtown Georgetown and hotel shuttle gets you to 7 mile beach. One GT is beautiful, serene property with a nice grown up vibe to it. I really enjoyed my stay.

Dining At Perle Is Fantastic!

As residents in Grand Cayman for many years it is always wonderful when a new Hotel and restaurants open. We had the pleasure of going to Perle last night, the new fine dining restaurant in One GT. From the valet, to the lobby staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, different from any of the other properties on the island.
All the staff in Perle gave excellent service. For a restaurant that just opened less than 3 weeks ago, the staff worked very well together. We sat at the bar for drinks first, Jordan the bartender is very knowledgable and friendly. We tried the L'Oasis and Jardin Secret, both delicious.
Our servers Shan, Angelo and Sarah made sure our dining experience was perfect. Chris the Manger is also very attentive to all the guests.
They have a special blended salt they serve at the table and upon leaving you are gifted a little bottle to take home which is a very thoughtful touch.
For the evening we felt we weren't on a little island in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, we felt like we were in city having dinner which is a nice escape.
Highly recommend dining at Perle and can't wait to check out the rooftop bar and coffee shop on the main floor.

This stay was everything I wanted it to be. The hotel was clean, had all the amenities I needed and the staff were friendly and super attentive. It even had shuttle service to the beach and was walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Oh and I can’t forget the infinity pool 😍.. I”ll definitely stay here again!
