A lovely and relaxing stay in a comfortable place – would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Csátó Vendégház – the apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the peaceful surroundings made it a truly relaxing experience. Everything matched our expectations, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We’d gladly come back again!

Tried to book it but the owner was changing the conditions

We tried to book the apartman 5 for beginning of June as it wasn`t available for the summer time. The owner`s conditions were that we have to book it for at least 4 nights so we told him which days and then he send us back a note that we have to book it for the whole week... pretty annoying... I guess he got in meantime a new reservation... Be careful to book this place!!!

Télen a Balaton / Balaton in winter

The best panorama and accommodation in one place with kind owners.
The rooms are simple and perfect, original and all of them has a special feeling. Many hidden treasures of village life all around.
The winter time visit is the calmest, the best sunrises and sunsets and complete regeneration.
Try it and get addicted.

Panorama to Balaton

This is one of the top locations and apartment around hungarian famous lake Balaton. Excellent panorama just few steps from the cathedral and shopping area, but still very quiet. Amazing view to the lake and harbour. Apartments are in rustic traditional hungarian building made of stones typical for Tihany. Perfect facilities and furniture in apartments. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Parking is available in the cobble-stoned yard around the apartment.

Sip your morning coffee with the rising sun over the lake!

Best choice if you would like to stay in Tihany. Beautiful surrounding, excellent view to lake Balaton, super comfy and clean apartments furnished with good taste. We spent two nights in one of the heartwarming cottages and left totally relaxed and filled up.
100% recommended!
