Tourist hotel close to the centre
We stayed here for one night. We booked a double room and a single room. Both rooms were bright and large.
We were greeted very warmly. Unfortunately, there was credit card fraud beforehand via the hotel and Booking.
We would have liked an apology here again.
The price included dinner. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. The room is actually too small for all guests. The tables and chairs are far too close together. You have to share tables for 6 with other guests. There are too few tables for 4. The quality of the food is okay, very much quantity over quality.
The same problem occurred at breakfast. It would have been good if we had been given information about peak times or if a hotel employee had taken care of seating. When we checked in, we were given vouchers for the spa area and for cocktails. The vouchers can be used at the bar.
There is a supermarket and McDonalds in the area and the market hall is a 10-minute walk away.
You can park for free in the street in front of the hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in the new wing. The room was great — large and spacious. What I really couldn’t understand was that the TV was placed on a stand in the middle of the room, completely unsecured. With a baby, this was extremely dangerous, we constantly had to watch to make sure it wouldn’t fall on him.
The room had a kitchen, oven, and washing machine, but no plates, cutlery, or detergent.
The staff was very kind, and the playroom was well-equipped.
The indoor pool, however, was small and overcrowded.
What was truly terrible was the dining situation. During breakfast and dinner, it took 15–20 minutes just to find a free table — a nightmare with kids. The hotel was expanded, but the wellness area and restaurant weren’t adjusted accordingly — it was awful. The staff tried to react quickly, but we still had to wait 15–20 minutes in long lines just to get a table. Even though dining is scheduled in shifts, it didn’t help at all.
Oh, and it’s supposed to be a family-friendly hotel, but don’t even try moving around with a stroller — there are stairs everywhere. Honestly, I just don’t get it.
That’s why I gave it 3 stars, and frankly, I think that’s all it deserves. Calling it a 4-star hotel feels like a stretch compared to other places with the same rating.

Avoid bookings during high season.
Kid friendly hotel which supposed be a 4 star hotel. In reality it is much closer to 3 star. We visited with a 3 year old during a National Holiday which was a huge mistake. 100% occupancy, families with at 2-3 kids, a real craziness all the way through the entire weekend. At breakfast or dinner you had to wait to find a table. However the staff was pretty nice, kudos to Mark Tischler for the attentive, effective and kind service. The food quality was pretty good although it is pretty hard for zhe hotel to maintain this quality the whole day. The wellness area was quite average, much smaller in real life than on the photos. The bar was fun, the band Face2Face was entertaining (my son danced like crazy for some of their songs). The room was clean overall and well equipped. If I can one advice: avoid booking here during Festive Season or any kind of National Holiday or long weekends. I am sure it is much more liveable when there is no season. And overall 3/5 on my opinion.

Not for couples
We spent one night there. The staff is friendly, the meals are ok but there should be more variants for dinner. The wellness is much more smaller than we expected. The hotel is totally perfect for families with small children but I can't reccommend it for a romantic stay for couples.

Three star quality at best
Found this hotel via Booking but went there without making a reservation. The receptionist was friendly and helpful although a little shy perhaps since speaking English turns out to be difficult for most Hungarians. Got two rooms for a fairly reasonable price (107€ for two single rooms). Parking in the garage is chargeable (1500 HUF per night), but I didn't mind paying for it. Rooms are average, nothing special. in all fairness I only needed a bed and a shower. Breakfast was very good as it had a lot of food varieties. The location is pretty good with a minutes drive to the lake. Didn't use the wellness center myself so I can't give a review. All in all would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay. But it's not a four star hotel lets be honest.
