Great location with approach to improvement.
First of all, I would like to say that we did not use all the things there, but only made a trip there to examine the facility and to eat there in the evening.
We had dinner with five people at The Club.
The terrace is really beautiful there was a DJ and for a summer evening it is a great location. Generally, the resort is extremely well maintained from the outside, super clean and has great walking paths.
The staff was very friendly, a little uncoordinated. Maybe it calls for a little more leadership.
The food, however, does not really fit the location. Almost all dishes are rather 08 15 cuisine and not really upscale standard. They try to make it seem like this, but I could now name ten locations with this Mood that offer top cuisine.
It's a bit of a shame, because many points could be improved here and you just don't use this location and therefore don't attract any follow-up guests who come again with these foods.
There is also a second restaurant, which was out of the question for us, as the terrace there is completely loveless and not really used, which is also very incomprehensible in summer in my eyes.
I'm just finding these points. If the complete complex is well designed, I don't understand why in gastronomy the design of terraces is left out at least in one restaurant, which is probably the main restaurant.
Nicely decorated tables, umbrellas, cosiness, a few blankets, lamps and candles and you would probably have a great terrace.
Of course, I can't say about the food in the second restaurant. But the fear is that you will have the same experience as in Theo. The location from the inside is. Probably nice the terrace as I said not but probably the food is not really the hit either.
Too bad for the experience in this great location.

Never again...
Good day, I want to share my experience of staying at this hotel. I was with my family with my little daughter and my wife. Regarding the accommodation, hotel, entertainment, communication, cleanliness, willingness, service, it was really very good. I praise it to the fullest. But as for the food, it was a disaster. The adult portions of food were like children's portions. The prices were overpriced and there was really little food. My adult portion was really small for my 3-year-old daughter. There was also a small selection of food. Basically, there was nothing to choose from. The taste was just the same... In other words, we were very disappointed with the food. I think that for a 5-star hotel, it is a complete disappointment. The food there is a horror and thanks to that, we will not go there again. Not for the hotel, the service, everything is okay. Really, once again, very nice, clean, pleasant and fun accommodation. Everything had its charm, but the food is zero points. I am not saying that it was not tasty, it is not, but there was very little music for a lot of money and because of that. We won't go back there... sorry for my English language

5 star treatment
Amazing experience, I went with my daughter who is 9 and we both had an amazing time. I loved the fact they cater to all ages as not many spa hotels do to such an extent. From the beautiful hotel decor, the friendly and attentive staff, different spa facilities, soft play and go-karting we could not get enough. I will definitely be going back.

Best spa hotel in Hungary
I can honestly say that Avalon Resort is our favorite spa hotel in Hungary. The warm welcome from the hotel staff is consistently heartfelt, making each visit memorable from the start (special thanks to Lukács Bence ). The commitment to quality is truly outstanding, evident in every aspect of the experience. Avalon sets an unparalleled standard. Each return feels like a rediscovery of the perfect blend of hospitality and luxury.

Great place but choose your room wisely
My wife and I took her father and a friend for a two night stay to Avalon Hotel and Resort after visiting in 2021. The hotel maintains its charm and quality however this time we were in the top floor of the main building and the rooms are less than soundproof. We could clearly hear our travel companions through the walls when they spoke and this distracted from what is otherwise a great experience.
The bed has not overly improved since our last visit. It is far too soft for my liking but this is highly personal and the hotel cannot be faulted. The pillow menu is generous although a 5 star hotel should also offer a feather option.
Dining is exquisite and the service impeccable. The staff are well trained and very friendly, dishes prepared to a high standard and presentation is first class.
Facilities for children are above reproach and the spa area provides enough for everyone with most tastes covered.
We will visit again next year and do recommend this as an option for couples looking for a first class option.
