Perfect stay

Very Nice hotel with kind people...great Room and amazing food, helpfull staff, pool in wellness is a little bit small but it was not crowded. We forgot a toy in the Room and they were so kind and wanted to send back to us...thank you...we will come again

Excellent address

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Buffet style, plentiful and varied. The rooms are tidy and nice, they are all on the first floor (without lift). The staff are friendly (they even speak a little Italian at the reception).

No more again

We had already bad experiences at this restaurant from last years: they were unfriendly, slowly, food average… However, we wanted to give on more chance: maybe covid forced them to change… no it did not happen, it became even worse!!! We had to wait again a lot, the waiter was unfriendly: did not look at me while ordering,as I asked for a side dish, he told it is not on the menu. Later I realized, that they have it for an other dish, wanted to change, what was not possible. So we left without eating!!!
We learnt our lessons: whar was terrible in the past will not change!!

Wellness weekend

Absolutely nice, clean, quiet pension with very good region meal, own swimming pool, sauna, relax zone a gym.
I recommend this pension for family with little children, this pension is pet friendly.
Next to this pension is Sara spa.

Gem at the lake

This is a popular place among the hikers who go around Fertő Lake (Neusiedler See). Great location, nice tidy and stylish rooms. Breakfast buffet is hearthy. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days to discover the area. There is also a thermal bath just across the street.
