Decent place

I have spent only one night in the pension. It is located quite near the city center, you should walk only 15 minutes and you reach the main square of the city. The pension provides free parking in its yard. The rooms are spacious and clean. It offers free wi-fi, which is working very good.

Plus - inside parking, really good breakfast, nice and helpful staff, resonable price.
Minus - thin walls, outdated furniture, the bathroom could be a bit cleaner (room was ok).
It was ok for one night.

Great Place to spend a few nights!

We arrived to Debrecen in order to tour around the city and needed a place to sleep and rest. The Pension was great, very roomy, comfortable beds, clean.
The owners were very nice and helpful and the kids really enjoyed the breakfast :)

Great place to stay

Been here twice already with 2 kids. Rooms are big and comfortable and really clean. Not very fancy but welcoming. Owner is a great host. They do evrything for you to feel welcome. Brekfast is delicious with a touch of local food. 5 min drive to aquaprak. 10 minutes walk to Forum mall.

Excellent Budget Hotel

The taxis from the airport have a fixed price to the city center, so you can reach the hotel for 10 euro / 3000 HUF. It has an excellent location, it is a 10-minute walk to the shopping malls and 15 min to the central square. At the same time, it is close to the Great Forest park (15 min on foot), where the Thermal baths and the zoo are located. The front entrance is locked all the time, so you are provided with a key for the period of your stay.
The hotel offers free in-room wi-fi and its own parking, in the yard you can also find two pavilions, two swings and a sandbox. The rooms are clean, ours was on the first floor overlooking the patio and had a double bed with nightstands and a single bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, an armchair and a small table. There were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. The windows had roller shutters and curtains to ensure privacy. The bathroom was spacious, with a shower cabin, two sinks with shelves and drawers. Shower gel and towels were provided, there was also a hairdryer in the cabinet.
The hotel provides breakfast only, in a buffet style. It is served in the common kitchen room where you can find a fridge and a microwave as well. The breakfast often consists of white and brown bread, eggs, ham, salami, sausages, cheese, muesli and yogurt, occasionally pancakes or sweet bakery products. There is also milk, coffee and a variety of teas.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our flight was an early one, so they prepared a generous take-away breakfast and coffee before 5 a.m.
I would definitely recommend the place as an excellent budget hotel.
