Highly recommend

We are extremely appreciative of the warm reception by Zsuzsanna who showed the utmost care and kindness like a ray of sunshine. Highly recommend because of awesome service by her!

Nice location but this hotel is far as luxurious as it looks on the photos provided on the website. Room and bathroom’s aspect quite faded and sad. Soviet era look.

Great location opposite Heros' Square and M1 Metro and local buses. A little noisy from the road traffic. Good clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Good priced accommodation. The lift to reception is not sign posted though and is round the back of the hotel otherwise some steep steps for luggage or elderly.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The location is excellent, right next to Heroes’ Square and City Park. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay in Budapest.

Great trip

We stayed here for a weekend and we absolutely loved it.
It was a massive apartment we didn’t actually stay in the hotel area it was a 30 second walk from the hotel but the outside of the building looked a bit run down
