Very clean room, super helpful and attentive staff, and amenities were great. I couldn't manage to turn the AC on for my room, but other than that my stay was great.

It leaves much to be desired for the price it has.

While it is true that the location is excellent to stay several days and explore the city on foot, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The accommodation is very poorly soundproofed and, considering that there are numerous drinks bars underneath, noise and loud music last until 1/2 in the morning, which seriously hinders rest.
Besides, there wasn't always hot water. Either you showered at seven o’clock in the morning or there was virtually no time at all, which is especially serious considering that we were in sub-zero temperatures and a hot shower is essential.
The soap in the room was watery and very poor quality. At reception there was always someone, but when we had a problem with the app to access the room (it did not work), they refused to go out to help us, they communicated with us only through Whatsapp despite being literally 2 meters from the office.
The TV controller also didn’t work and, although it seemed as simple a problem as changing batteries, they simply said “I’m sorry” without offering any solution.
As for the cleanliness, the room was relatively fine, but the common areas left quite a lot to be desired: lint, stains on the walls and accumulated dust, even though in the mornings there were staff “cleaning”.
The breakfast advertised on the website is served in a bar located about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, which is not clearly indicated. Good thing we didn't hire him.
In short, it is a very expensive accommodation for the mediocre experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice and very central location. Just be aware that you are neighbours to the Basilica and can hear the bells. But it's at the same time a lovely view, if you select the Basilica-view rooms and close to public transport, shops, the chain bridge etc.
The cleaning could use a little improvements, but overall it's fine.
Note that if you order included breakfast, it's in a cafe about 10 minutes walk away. For us it was fine, but good to know.
Use the hotel's Watchapp-service if any questions. They answer really fast. Check-in is fully digital - but we got help by Watchapp.
We got our room before 12am even check-in time only is at 2pm, so that was really nice.

Fantastic location, quite a basic room, but good amenities, can’t really complain for location and price. Only thing to be wary is that the breakfast was a 10 minute walk away, in the opposite direction to most attractions. Host was nice and available at check in to support with keyless system. Apartment is located in a very dingy building but once you are in the room it is nice enough.
