Stay in Budapest
We went to Budapest for my wife's 25th birthday and to this very beautiful hotel at a very good price for the services they offer
With spa, sauna, and steam room in the basement
The rooms are very comfortable, very large, and very pretty
The geographical location is really good, very close to the banks of the Danube
Breakfast is made to order + 1 buffet available, very good, and the hotel staff is really lovely

Not recommend this hotel - what you get is not worth the cost of the room
We booked an expensive room for 3 nights and asked for a high floor.
We got the 2nd floor with a view of parking instead of a view of the green or road — a huge window that has nothing to see from.
The water in the shower is terrible, the hot and cold water switches by itself at a fast pace.
The door of the shower with a fixed opening of 10 cm, the water comes out and at the end of each shower we absorbed the water from the floor with towels.
We went to order a massage, the receptionist told me that the massagists were not there until Sunday (we arrived for a long afternoon for a couple massage).
We took a little champagne from the mini-bar (I didn't look at the price) I assumed it was more expensive from the outside, but how much more expensive?? 8 times more expensive than the next supermarket and cost $135 per bottle in size 0.375.
The sleeves that the hotel provides, slide in the bathroom part, don't go there with them.
In conclusion,
A hotel that asks for a high amount per night and claims to be 5 stars must meet the standards.

Amazing!
We arrived in 37 degree heat and our room was all ready for us. The room/suite was absolutely stunning, everything you needed was here, and spotlessly clean. Our welcome drink of champagne was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for getting around and a short walk to St Stephen’s Basilica full of fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel and outstanding service when it mattered
We stayed three nights in August with my two adult sons. The location is close to perfect: the Chain Bridge is three minutes away, St. Stephen's Basilica five, and the funicular up to the Castle District is just across the river. Almost everything worth seeing in central Budapest is within walking distance, which in August heat is worth a great deal.
The suites are genuinely nice, the building has real character, and the pool and sauna were a welcome way to end a day of walking.
What I want to highlight, though, is the service. Our first night was difficult - we were placed in a ground-floor room facing a restaurant terrace, and a noisy group there meant none of us slept. I raised it with the front desk the next morning, and the hotel handled it exactly as a good hotel should: no arguing, no excuses. They moved us to a suite on the sixth floor and offered us a dinner as a gesture of goodwill.
Henrik in particular deserves the credit here. He was professional, calm, and clearly determined to make things right rather than simply manage the complaint. That is a rarer quality than it should be. The rest of the staff were equally warm throughout the stay and plainly wanted us to enjoy ourselves.
Any hotel can have a bad night. What separates a good hotel from an average one is what happens next, and here the answer was: they fixed it properly and without fuss. The rest of the stay was excellent.
One practical tip for other guests: if you are travelling in summer, ask for a higher floor when you book.
Strong recommendation. We would stay here again.
