Great place but with issues

This was my favorite place to stay at during my three weeks on Roatan.
Beautiful location, beautiful environment.
This place had the absolute best breakfasts of all the place I stayed at, really good.
The location was the primary choice for me to choose this place. Really nice, calm, secluded place. It was still quite close to all the restaurants.
The rooms were nice, nice beds, but I'm disappointed with the cleaning of my room, or lack of any cleaning at all. I Stayed here 5 days first time and got it cleaned every other day. I had told them it was not needed to be cleaned and linen changed every day. I then came back for a 6 day stay a few days later and this time they did not clean or change anything for all 6 days. The bed and room I did not mind so much, but I would have needed a change of towels as I used them a lot since I was in the ocean around 5 hours each day. Not at all happy about this.
My room also had an air-condition that was very loud, but I got used to it. I only slept in the room and was always dead tired, so I wasn't that bothered about that noise.
Something that may be an issue for women is that the blinds for all the windows don't do a good job. If you have lights on in the room and it's dark outside, then anyone outside can see every detail of you and your room. They will see your body in detail if you are naked inside. I dimmed the room and turned on lights on the porch to make it harder to look inside.

The kitchen has a mini fridge and propane cooktop. No microwave. No TV (which it states in the information). It was at the very end of West End and only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on West End. The description is accurate besides the map showing it closer. I did my research and saw that it was further but that's a Google Maps issue - not the hotel. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend if you don't want the resort amenities and to feel like you are in the jungle on vacation. Extremely clean, beds comfortable, beautiful view.

Our room was on ground floor, with a nice covered patio and stone walkway Directly to ocean.

A nice little place off the bay with a short walk to the main beach. The breakfast spot is great.
