I wish I could find on a mere main website a single room available

Normally, since last July I went to the Azur hotel which is next to the Kypsilis hotel because in the next I found a single room available although I was discounted since I was unavailable on 02-04/07/25 and let me take it cheap for my few baths on small beaches through the Astikos Ktel Volos...

Rude employees no professional attitude.

We have been making reservations at this hotel many times each year, usually for 2–5 days at a time. The hotel is basic, with small rooms, although some rooms offer a sea view. The location is convenient, especially if you are visiting relatives, as in our case.
The main problem with this hotel is the staff. Many of the employees are not professional, and some can be quite rude. Apart from a few exceptions, most of the staff seem to work there only for short periods, so they do not receive any training or gain enough experience.
During my last visit, I had planned to stay for four days, but I ended up staying only one night. A receptionist insisted that I pay in advance for all four nights, even though I have been a client for more than 25 years. She explained that they were planning to do a software update, that is a silly excuse. When I told her that I would move to another hotel instead, she did not seem to care at all. I was expecting her to pass my disagreement to the owner, but she didn’t care also.
Very disappointing experience!

Very good location

It''s an ideal hotel to get to know the city on foot on the beach with a perfect cafe and restaurant under the view of the front-facing rooms and a friendly service-loving people. Just better if the rooms are refurbished. No problem with cleanliness, everything is spotlessly clean and the sheets are sparkling

Everything about my stay at the Kypseli Hotel was great. I particularly found Nikki at the reception desk to be very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in Volos.
