Booking was quick, with a friendly answer from the hotel. Sadly we had to cancel, but the hotel was very professional and quick to help us out. I will go there on my next trip since they made a very good impression on me

Kinky behavior of those responsible for a hotel structural problem

Unfortunately, there was a big problem with the fireplace. In the one hour I could sit (because I assumed it was temporary), I found that the whole 1st floor had a big problem, since it was smoking! In my question to the hotel if there is another room that is not blowing, the answer was negative, and the justification for the problem was that it is blowing because "air is blowing and we can't do anything"!!!!
For the bad luck of the hotel managers, I work in a technical company and have worked (and) in a chimney installation. Therefore, I know that when the chimney breathes smoke in it, it's not the air! Quite simply, either the construction is wrong or there is no maintenance in the chimney.
Shame, because the place seemed to be about the same as the photos, even if the room (triple) wanted a renovation, while the tavern outside looked amazing. I say it seemed because of course I didn't eat.
The person in charge, in addition to writing me normally there that does not catch ink in my comments about the smoke, almost put my voices (classic Greek behavior "businessman" when he does not need the customer) because I told him that I will be a little late to leave until I find another place to stay.
And because I didn't want to be "poisoned" (literally, because I have respiratory problems, and transportationally) over my vacation, I got up and left.
My "poisoning" cost me one night, as stipulated by the hotel's policy. I expected something better because of the trouble, after the afternoon I finally found somewhere to stay, and not of course in the mountain, but we said, it was August 15th and they didn't need us, so...

Nice place, worth it.

We recently visited for accommodation and food, nice location, polite staff, nice the tavern area, the food very good, very good prices.
The rooms are in need of renovation, yet the spaces were clean.
Overall our stay was satisfying.

Excellent location, value for money

Everything was as expected. Very comfortable bed. Sparkling clean bathroom with smartly placed towels and toiletries. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money. The location is awesome, in the forest with views of the sea. The building did not seem outdated to us.

Something about the hotels magical location. The hotel offers cheap simple accommodation. It’s starting to look more tired , every year that I’ve stayed in the last five years.
