Nice apartment in an olive garden, close to the sea
The apartments were close to the sea, also to Petalidi, and they were located in a beautiful garden with olive trees, figs, banana trees. Two lovely ponies in an adjacent garden greeted us whenever they saw us. We found shops for groceries in Petalidi and Messini, after a short drive. The apartment was clean, but nobody came to clean it again or to empty the garbage bin in 5 days! The kitchen was not very well equipped (only two tea mugs for 3 people, only one teaspoon, etc.), but we managed. We appreciated the complimentary water, olive oil, coffee, sugar and sweets, just a small amount, but it was a nice touch.
The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice, large and nicely tiled. There was not much space to move in the apartment, but we didn't stay much indoors. There was a table inside, in the kitchen, and one outside, on the patio, where we spent the evenings. All guests could use bicycles for free and there was a free laundry service, which we highly appreciated. The owner was kind, polite and discreet.

A "home away from home".
Due to lockdown in Greece I stayed almost 4 months at Anastasios Olive Garden, and I couldn't have been a better place.
The appartments are super nice and with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. My appartment had a balcony and the most amazing view. The garden is full of olive trees. There is also a very friendly dog and four amazing cats.
You have access to free bikecycles so you can explore the area. There is a beach only about 5-7 minutes walk from the appartments. Petalidi - a small town that have everything you need - is only 3-4 km away
I highly recommend staying at Anastasios Olive Garden and if I come back to the area then I am definately staying again.

Ideal for families with kids!
We have been there twice so far and the kids really love it! Very clean and comfortable apartments, very friendly and helpful owners, unique location. Breakfast served in the beautiful garden. Many things for the kids to do while we the parents can relax and enjoy!

Halloween Bash
Where to start. They did a Halloween theme weekend and if I could give more stars I would. Just the right size to be cozy and warm atmosphere. The kids got along so did the parents and in such a short time there was a bind that made you feel like you were at your own house with friends. Ari and Sofia went all out with decorations and different events for the kids. Really no words can explain how great this event was. We have been to other places near athens much bigger amd hands down Anastasios beats them all. Keep up the great work guys and keep up the theme weekends you hit perfection on your first try. And a special thanks to a fellow Bostonian Stacy with a cy a friend of Aris and Sophias and a great help with the events. Thanks a lot all of you and definitely see you all again.

Excellent place and location, great bathroom - great value
When I come to Greece I don't expect good bathrooms. It seems the host would rather hand you a mop than design a shower that's enclosed by a curtain or hard surface. When I go on vacation, the last thing I want to do is mop a floor every time I take a shower due to water going everywhere. I requested an enclosed shower and I was very pleasantly surprised to find the construction used is what I would have expected on a 4-5 star hotel with very nice tile, glass shower enclosure, rainfall shower, contemporary sink etc. I was not expecting all of this at this price level. It is a better shower than I have at home!
Ari is South African and his dad built most of the place so this accounts for a lot here. The bed was comfortable, not overly hard; the A/C was strong; the hosts were incredibly helpful as the airlines lost our baggage; and the location was great for exploring the area. Besides the local beaches, check out Delfinia beach for decent snorkeling. The setting was in fact a beautiful olive garden with places for the kids, bikes etc. They've thought of everything here.
The only down side to our stay was this........ We left too early! Yes, we actually called our next reservation just to be sure it was verified, because if not, we would have extended our stay here. Anastasios Olive Garden is definitely a diamond especially at the current rates. In 4 trips to Greece, this was the best accommodation we've had and one that we will definitely return to.
