Propre, confortable, simple, avec personnel arrangeant
En raison d'un ensemble complexe de circonstances notre réservation initiale à un autre appartement location de Kokkari, Samos n'était pas honorée. Nous avons roulé en haut et en bas de la rue principale et j'ai pensé que les Aiolos appartements étaient accueillants. Nous nous sommes arrêtés et nous sommes entrés dans le bureau. Le personnel parle anglais et étaient compatissants à notre situation critique. Ils nous a montré un appartement qui était disponible, au rez-de-chaussée qui donne sur la rue principale qui était étonnamment calme ! Les prix sont indiqués par jour était raisonnable et ne pas profiter de notre situation critique. La cuisine était entièrement équipée même si nous avons dîné 26,78 euros à l'un des restaurants à proximité. Il y a une piscine et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite mais il n'y a pas de télévision ni de radio. L'appartement était nettoyée chaque jour avec un changement de serviettes dans la salle de bain.

comme on est bien chez soi
C'est difficile à expliquer l'atmosphère au aiolos. Tout ce que je peux dire que j'ai eu le sentiment d'être chez vous. La première fois que nous n'avons même pas rester au aiolos mais à leurs voisins. Mais parce qu'ils avaient une piscine j'ai demandé si nous pouvions y nager. Ce n'était pas un problème et nous n'avons jamais laissé pour les deux prochaines semaines. Les Dioletes famille fera tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.
C'est l'hospitalité avec un énorme H !) . Et je pense en m pas le seul, car il faut réserver une année à l'avance afin de trouver un appartement.
L'année prochaine, nous avions réservé un appartement, pris des amis avec nous et ils ont adoré ainsi. C'était la première fois que nous sommes retournés à la même situation jamais dans notre vie. Et plusieurs fois sera probablement suivre.
Le seul problème, c'est leur fils, sotiris, qui est un peu de Rascal (non, je plaisantais). J'ai déjà hâte de 2015 quand nous reviendrons.
Aussi l'île de Samos est magnifique et les gens sont tout simplement extrêmement sympathique. C'est le joyau des îles grecques, si vous me demandez !

Thwarted by all those overly high ratings.
Aiolos Apartments get improbably high ratings, I don't understand. The apartment complex is conveniently located to the sea and center Kokkari. The complex looks well-kept from the outside and has a great swimming pool. You are received kindly by the owners which I think is only natural. The owners give small attentions (including 1 bottle of wine and a balloon because of my birthday) which is like compensating the dated, not too best apartment. ( number 5 ) Very positive that everything is super clean. The apartment has 2 wooden beds, one of which creaks very hard with hard mattresses. We didn't sleep well on it.
When booking we chose studio type B, with (mini) oven, but it was nowhere to be seen and the owner also said that there was no. “ The fridge is very old and you can hardly open the freezer compartment. Air conditioning costs €1,- per kwh. Safe has to be paid for, beach towel has to be paid for. There are 2 balconies where you can barely sit with the two of you, so small and totally no privacy. The bathroom really can't be anymore. Poor lighting, when you are on the toilet you have the toilet roll on the left under your armpit. When you get up you almost hit your head at the small clumsy sink. You are showering in a very narrow bath, with a broken shower head that hangs very awkwardly and the shower curtain sticks to your body throughout the shower.
Now I don't know what the other apartments are like, but number 5 is not good.
How it is possible that so many people rate this accommodation with a 9 or 10 is beyond me.

The gem of Kokkari, this is really enjoyment.
What a wonderful place it is!
Manolis and Sofia are the best host and hostess you can think of.
So sweet and committed. A more than warm welcome!
They are waiting for you and immediately spoil you with a drink and homemade cake and on departure there is a nice attention waiting and they wave you goodbye when the bus goes back to the airport.
The apartments are very very clean. Fresh towels and a fresh bed every day except Sunday. Then they enjoy a well-deserved day off.
In May we saw to our surprise that our apartment had been redecorated. Super beautiful. Beds with a lovely mattress and attractive white furniture.
The bathroom was also changed. A nice shower with sliding doors.
It always feels like coming home. It is not for nothing that we have been there for years.
Our apartment at Aiolos is on the street side, with a beautiful large terrace in front of it and the thick walls of the apartment ensure that you do not suffer from noise. Close to the sea, crossing the street alone. When you walk out your door you are immediately in the cozy main street with nice shops and beach bars. Near the center and the harbor. If you don’t feel like going out, you can also relax by the pool. Located in a quiet place in the back so you can enjoy the sun, a snack and a drink at your leisure! We found the nicest place.

Perfect location in cozy Kokkari
Very nice apartment hotel with perfect location in cozy Kokkari. Clean and tidy everywhere. The hosts Manolis and Sofia are very nice and hospitable. Nice pool area and beach just steps away with many restaurants and bars to choose from. We are so happy with our stay at Aiolos.
