Very pleasant and clean.

Pleasantly surprised to find this place had a separate living room as well as kitchenette. The bathroom was spotless. Quite large rooms and balcony as well.
Place was a bit hard to find - you might want to ring ahead for directions. The beach is at the end of the garden but in all truth, it was nothing to write home about. Have to be a keen swimmer to bother using it.
The owner was very helpful and informative.
If this place had a swimming pool, I would be there still !!

Beautiful natural environment, ideal place for relaxing.

A place hidden in an olive grove beside the sea with as a private beach. Nice, clean, well maintained with sufficient room apartment. Spacious balcony with view to the sea, totally quiet and calm environment with much tidiness overall. The warm welcome of the owners gave as a great first impression. They were absolutely friendly and kind and very helpful in providing guests with useful information about the local tradition, history, activities and places of interest. Price relative to the value.
Great for relaxing and enjoying the calmness of nature.

2eme séjour à Terpsichore

Bon compromis entre ville et plage. Prévoir des chaussures pour accéder à la plage, sinon de nombreuses et belles plages à proximité où l'on peut profiter de chaises longues et de parasols pour le prix d'une consommation. Le samedi matin, petit marché à Kyparissia. Beaucoup d'activités et loisirs à proximoté : tour en bateau sur l'île de Proti, gorges, rivieres, sites antiques, églises byzantines,...

Φθινοπωρινες διακοπες

Ενα πολυ καλο συγκροτημα διαμερισματων περ. 30 τ. μ.το ενα. Μεσα σε ενα πολυ μεγαλο κτημα με πολλες ελιες, φοινικες και καλοπιστικα δεντρα , με περιποιημενο γρασιδι και μικρη παιδικη χαρα, στα 20 μ. απο τη θαλασσα ο εξ Ιωαννινων καταγομενος κ. Θεοδ. Οικονομου και η συζηγος του προσφερουν στους επισκεπτες ημερες ξεκουρασης και ηρεμιας.

Tranquillità, pulizia e relax.

Nel nostro giro del Peloponneso, io, mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento soprattutto perché era abbastanza strategico negli spostamenti che avevamo programmato.
Mai una scelta fu più felice. Intanto il luogo: un terreno di ulivi che degrada fino al mare con gli appartamenti in bella posizione con vista sullo Jonio e su tramonti mozzafiato. Il fatto che siano isolati dalla città(circa 2km a sud di Kyparissia) si è rivelato un valore aggiunto soprattutto in agosto dove tutto intorno è caos e confusione(anche se nulla in confronto ai luoghi di villeggiatura italiani) e la tranquillità alla fine di giornate impegnative non è poco.
Direttamente dall’appartamento si può scendere in una spiaggia di ciotoli proprio di fronte, ma per chi preferisce anche di sabbia a pochi metri(non più di 200) e al ritorno c’è la doccia a disposizione per non rientrare in casa insabbiati.
L’appartamento molto spazioso per noi che eravamo in tre, ma più che adeguato anche per 4 persone, pulito con ampio terrazzino su cui fare colazione o cenare.
In aggiunta a tutto, come valore aggiunto, la simpatia, disponibilità e cortesia della proprietaria, signora Angelica , che ci ha dato numerose informazioni su come muoverci o dove andare a mangiare, preparato il caffè espresso(!), regalato un cocomero del suo orto e permesso di attingere al suo bellissimo albero di fichi. E’ stato veramente un piacere conoscerla. Fra l’altro parla perfettamente italiano per aver studiato da noi e questo ci ha aiutato ulteriormente.
Wifi disponibile soprattutto nell’area comune, più difficoltoso in camera.
In conclusione un soggiorno da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.
