A real luxury

Last week we enjoyed with my partner, a wonderful stay in this Villa, not only for the fact of being in a really special place, with beautiful views, if not for the warmth of the family that runs it, where the real luxury of it resides. Mrs. Polyxeni built with her husband and children, with much love and affection, this Villa where to relax and enjoy this beautiful enclave. Her cheesecakes during breakfast, are irresistible and it is a real pleasure to hear her tell her experiences while you enjoy a delicious coffee, on her pleasant terrace.
In short, a place where he would definitely return.

EXCELENT. QUALITY. RECOMMENDATION

The place is very well located on the top of the hill above Syvota bay with wonderfull view to Syvota harbour. At the same time apartments are 50 m from above the small beach.
Apartments are very clean and well equiped.
Hosts Athena and Nick are very nice persons who gave their best to make home atmosphere for the guests.
We spent wonderfull two weeks. Recomendation is to rent a boat at Filakas boat rental and visit nearby beaches by boat.

A second family

We initially went in 2021 and returned again this year because we had a great time. We are a family made up of four members but the apartment we took also had availability for another person if desired. The strong point of Villa Polyxeni are the owners: the Gorgolis family. They are so kind, helpful and special that they have become our second family for us. We were enchanted by Nickos' charm and his infinite culture of ancient Greece but let's not forget Mrs. Polissena's fantastic cuisine... if you go to Villa Polyxeni you absolutely cannot miss tasting her pita. Breathtaking view both day and night. For those who own a dinghy under the Villa there is a small bay where you can moor or you can ask Nickos to introduce you to Dimitri to rent a boat at Philakas. A warm greeting to Polissena, Giorgios, Ares, Nickos, Athina and her splendid four children from the Mastrofinis .
P.s. if you are a fisherman looking for tuna this is the right place for you! Word of Paul. Seeing is believing!

The view from my balcony was so beautiful that I didn't want to leave.

Mrs. Polyxeni and her son Nikos made us feel at home, incredible view, cleanliness, fantastic breakfast with homemade pies and comfortable bed with extra large pillows!
