Great solution a stone's throw from the sea!

Comfortable accommodation, recently renovated bathroom , kitchen a bit dated but functional , the door to the bathroom sometimes rubs. Very kind host. Cleaning every two days and linen change in midweek. Air conditioning present as well as parking either at the main structure or in front of the structure 2. With more accurate maintenance of the back, the garden where the balconies overlook, would be the top. Convenience store a minute walk. Council to all also for the proximity to the seafront of Ipsos.

Misleading information and lack of transparency for the studio reservation

I didn't stay here, but I reserved a studio for my parents. I specifically chose a studio that was close to the sea because it was crucial for me. The 'Gorgona Apartments & Studios' has two buildings, which I knew when booking after reding their reviews on Booking, but still chose the one which location I preferred. After my reservation, I was informed that my parents would be accommodated in the second building, not the one I selected. Although the distance between the buildings isn't huge, it wasn't what I expected or wanted.
I wanted to confirm that the studio in the second building would match what I reserved and that it wouldn't be switched for another studio type. However, the owner refused to send photos after I asked twice, stating that "when someone makes a reservation at an accommodation or hotel, they don't book a specific room but a specific room type." This response was unacceptable to me, as I was expecting a specific studio, not a "similar" one based on availability.
Given that I was paying the full price, I expected to get what I booked. The owner's refusal to send photos or confirm the exact studio led me to cancel the reservation. This experience has made me question the transparency and customer service at this accommodation, and I would recommend caution when booking here.

good but...

We have been for one week at the Gorgona Apartments.
The position was good and the space was nice but the cowl cleaning was absolutely unsatisfactory.
The bathroom was small and the shower curtain was not comfortable and everytime we showered the water flooded the floor.
Gorgona apartements have good potentiality.

The gorgona & studio apartments are clean!!!!!!!you see this when you arrive but after ........ How to clean the apartment, when we are not allowed to enter the cleaning hours;

Molto soddisfatta

Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di Lena e sua madre, due persone molto disponibili e cordiali.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni e la pulizia è stata frequente (ogni 2 giorni), cosa non da tutti.
Unica nota negativa è la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre. Per il resto siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Gentilezza, pulizia e comodità

Avevo prenotato un monolocale, appena arrivati Lena ci ha detto che ci aveva messi in un trilocale.
Un ampissimo trilocale al secondo piano con grande balcone.
Lena, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e disponibile per ogni dubbio, domanda o consiglio.
Siamo stati benissimo, la casa veniva pulita ogni 2 giorni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani.
L’alloggio è nel centro di Ypsos, in un punto strategico per raggiungere in auto o in moto tutte le spiagge più belle del nord e centro dell’isola.
Di notte abbiamo sempre dormito benissimo, la nostra camera aveva la finestra sul cortile quindi non sentivamo mai nessun rumore.
L’arredamenti è un po’ datato ma funzionale.
Qualità prezzo il top.
