Wedding tastic
What I loved
We upgraded to suite and they are in their own block closest to the beach by the pool. The rooms are lovely spacious tons of wardrobe space and come with the bath. Plenty of toiletries provided good air-conditioning and very comfortable beds.
The lounge is by the pool are thick comfortable and there is an endless supply of towels all day long
Great selection of food and drink at breakfast which ended at 11 I loved that
The property spotless the pool was warm and you have direct access to the beach
What I didn’t love
There’s only one pool and it is a tad on the small size although does have a small smaller children’s pool attached but for me this was not big enough.
Upon arrival our wedding party was 26 people and several of the Rooms had issues. One couple store did not lock one couple’s bathroom door only locked from the outside and several people had single beds when they were a couple or double beds when they were two single people however reception exceptionally helpful and got all things sorted
My biggest issue would be with reservations. I’ve booked this trip through an agent who specifically requested that I had a room that that was in a quiet location and away from elevators away from elevators and I ended up with a room that was the very first one in my corridor at the side of the stairs so there was a constant stream of people walking past my room when I enquired at front desk they had no details of this request however my agent was able to provide an email that was sent to their reservations and I was simply told oh that’s nothing to do with us. That’s a reservation in my opinion that was poor and I couldn’t be moved until the Wednesday when 22 Rooms would become available however that was the day of our wedding so not an option for me
you’ve only get supplied with one bottle of water upon arrival and four in the fridge for the entire stay. I think daily water provided in the room is a given especially when you’ve paid the price that we have to be here. This in my opinion is not a five star experience.
Although breakfast was lovely, you were not allowed to take a single thing away from the dining room. I even asked for a cup for the orange juice. I hadn’t finished and told it was not allowed to take it with me again not a five star experience experience.
On the whole this hotel is lovely. The staff are great. It is clean. It is modern and you’re lucky enough to have a few restaurants outside that you can have dinner in. They do have a lovely restaurant on the beach but it does not come cheaply.
If you’re thinking of having a wedding here, I would recommend it. Joe the coordinator was fantastic and the beachfront restaurant staff could not have done more.

Horrible room. Nice beach. Poor hospitality
The gym is pathetic. The WiFi virtually non existent. However the food was decent.
The worst part of this place though is that they make you pay for water!! I have never stayed at a 5 star hotel that has given you ‘free water in your room on the first day only’. Everything felt like they were penny pinching even the vile fake nespresso capsules in the room
I won’t be back!

Absolutely not a 5 star!!!
Unfortunately, this hotel does not justify its 5-star rating or very high prices. In my experience, it felt more like an average 4-star hotel, with several unacceptable service issues.
The main disappointment was the staff and overall service, especially in the restaurant. For such a large hotel, there is only one main restaurant, and during our entire 10-day stay the menu never changed – it was exactly the same every single day. Some staff members were also unfriendly, rude and unprofessional.
We were told on arrival that specific tables could not be reserved, yet on later days several empty tables were supposedly “reserved,” even when we arrived early. This created an unpleasant impression of preferential treatment. The attitude of a short-haired female employee and an older grey-haired male colleague was particularly uncomfortable.
Reception was also disorganised. At 1 p.m., I asked them to book an external restaurant and arrange a taxi for the evening. At 5 p.m., I was told the restaurant reservation had been forgotten, so we cancelled our plans. At 9 p.m., however, reception called to say our taxi had arrived—the taxi had been booked, but not the restaurant.
We also noticed an unpleasant sewage smell in both our room and the restaurant area, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Housekeeping was disappointing as well: after requesting room service around midday, it still had not been done by 5 p.m.
The spa appeared understaffed, with one person seemingly responsible for everything, and did not provide the level of service expected from a luxury 5-star property.
Although the hotel presents itself as family-friendly, babysitting was available only after 6 p.m., while children’s facilities were limited to a small playroom.
Finally, the management of the pool and beach sunbeds was unacceptable. Guests reserved them with towels as early as 6 or 7 a.m., meaning that anyone arriving after breakfast often found almost everything occupied. A properly managed 5-star resort should prevent this.
After 10 days, my conclusion is clear: the price is extremely high and completely unjustified by the quality of service. There are far better luxury hotels offering genuine 5-star standards.
I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Friends holiday
Our room was ok and bed very comfortable but definitely not 5 star. We were only provided with one small water of water per person per stay but towels were replaced every day despite being hung up to save laundry.
We had breakfast included which despite being plentiful was not the best. Does not compare to other 5 star hotels where we have stayed. The crepes which were cooked only at the weekend were the stand out.
The beach and comfortable plentiful beds were the highlight. There were still people leaving towels on beds all day and visiting only briefly and this should be monitored. Staff did check continuously for people who were not hotel guests and removed them.
Overall we had a lovely holiday but didn’t feel the hotel justified its price.
