Paris Studios & Apartment
Le Paris Studios & Apartment est un établissement à la gestion familiale situé à 100 mètres de la plage d'Agia Paraskevi, sur l'île de Skiathos. Il propose des chambres indépendantes avec la climatisation et un balcon meublé donnant sur les jardins.

A great location for beaches and town, nice cozy apartments
We stayed in the Jet2 apartments above the supermarket & the view from the balcony was stunning looking out to Kolios & Agia Paraskevi.
The studios are very clean and still have a new feel to them. Enough space for storing your clothes, etc and there is a free safe in the wardrobe. The kitchen had all the utensils you need and the fridge big enough for drinks, food, etc. No ice tray in the freezer section (we took our own). No toaster but a sandwich toastie provided instead.
The bathroom is like a wet room so the floor gets wet when having a shower but dries quickly. The shower could do with a bit more power but it does the job.
Air Con is 8 euros a night which I think is a bit pricey if staying for a longer duration.
The pool is a suntrap and always sunbeds available. Not sure if the chlorine levels were slightly off though, it turned our floatie netting a yellow/green colour. It has a nice, peaceful feel to it and drinks/snacks very reasonably priced in the bar. In fact, cheapest prices on the Island we found for drinks. They serve food until 5pm. The bar is sports bar so shows all the sports if you are a fan. We were there for the world cup which was handy having it on!
I think one thing which would be beneficial is a courtesy room or even a better toilet facilities room with a shower perhaps for check out days if on a later flight. There is the space to do it and it would add to overall experience.
The location is a great spot. 2/3 minutes walk to bus stop 15 for the bus into Town. Be warned the buses are packed at peak times! There is their own small supermarket onsite and 2 others down by bus stop 16 (5 mins walk). Plenty of lovely tavernas within walking distance, we didn't have a bad meal in any. Our favourite was Vesuvio by the Iguana bar, they have two local men playing mellow music while dining and a greek night on Sunday. Lovely staff there and the food was great.
Kolios beach is approx a 5-10 minute walk (bus stop 15 way) and a lovely bay. A nice chilled spot with beautiful calming, clear waters. Agia Paraskevi, 5 minutes away towards bus stop 16 way. Walk down the turn off at Acro hotel, quickest way. Another beautiful beach, larger than Kolios but still a relaxed peaceful vibe.
If you want a livelier evening out or shopping, head into Town. All the shops are pretty much there and plenty of bars also with live music, etc.
We had a great time and Gorilla the cat is so cute ⬛️

We stayed in the Jet2 apartments over the road. Lovely views and clean .Great service from Manos and his brother who runs the supermarket

Nice relaxing break In lovely surroundings.
We were made very welcome here by all that run this lovely place. Tui side studios basic but very clean and the gardens are very well tended as is the lovely little pool. Never no trouble getting a sunbed. The snacks were very generous and the bar did the cheapest drinks we had. Top class service and at the supermarket across the road run by Panos and his lovely wife. We enjoyed it that much we’ve booked again for next year!!

Only a short last minute deal for us but we received a wonderful welcome off Manos and Gill. The pool bar is competitively priced and meals are served until 5pm but the bar stays open till late. The Tui rooms are very spacious and well equipped. We also got to see the Jet 2 rooms across the road and they have wonderful views and are very modern. The pool area is a little oasis and the potted plants and roses give off wonderful aromas. The place is kept spotlessly clean, with a clothes rail and nice patio furniture. Panos runs the supermarket which sells all you need. Fruit veg meats wines spirits beer and cider. The Apella sweet white wine is fantastic but it's only about 4 euro a large glass in the bar. Bus stop 15 takes you all the way to terminus at the end of the new port or you can get off at number 4 and walk down to the High St. Amazing place and we've stayed in the Punta, Kanapista Mare but this place has it all. Surrounded by restaurants. Jimmy's was closed unfortunately but there is a new restaurant across the road. Would definitely return here. Thanks for looking.

A brilliant holiday stay!
We had a lovely 2 week holiday here, such a friendly place, testament to that is most of the guests had stayed here many times before and we have booked for next year.
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, there is a small kitchen area so meals can easily be prepared in your room rather than eating out all the time.
The bar is lovely, loads of football memorabilia but although described as a sports bar nothing could be heard in our room even during the World Cup!!!
There are good beaches within walking distance and the pool is as described in the brochure, quiet with plenty of space.
The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, buses are frequent with all bus stops announced, a great help!
