Absolutely perfect!
The studio is lovely, very clean, with all you need in the little kitchen. The bed is very comfortable, full of pillows, the balcony has good furniture and a spectacular sea view. The cleaning is done daily and they change your bed every two days or daily, which is really too much. ))
You get complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, lots of toilet paper.
It’s on the beach, lots of tavernas all around, lots of little markets with all you need.
It's so peaceful, nobody is bothering you and we appreciated this very much. You feel like you are far far away from the busy world and that is the most important thing. We practically lived on the balcony which is glorious, with all the splendour of the sea and the sky spreading out in front of you in gorgeous colours.
There isn't any television but it's ok, you may have your own devices and there is a little bad smell in the bathroom, but it's a general problem in Corfu.
You feel like you are far far away from the busy world and that is the most important thing.
Greta was amazing, I needed something from the pharmacy and she went to the next village to buy it for me (after her work day) and she brought it and hanged it on the door in the night. I was so grateful for this extremely kind gesture. Thank you.
The communication with the owners was excellent (via Whatsapp and emails), easy check-in and check-out, they were there whenever you wanted it. They booked a taxi for us when we left and the taxi came at 5:30 a.m. Very punctual.
We had a lovely holiday and we loved it all. Thank you very much.

Great location very poor customer service and quality of accommodation
The apartment information on booking.com and on the agency website does not reflect the reality of the quality and standard that I expected for an apartment that is branded luxury. It is not.
1. I was not greeted or made to feel welcome on my arrival at all. There was nobody available to provide me with a key. When I contacted the owner she was aggressive, hostile and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly, ever, by a proprietor. I inadvertently gave her the wrong apartment details however I should not have been treated so rudely. The owner, Natalie consistently made it clear that it was not her problem as I didn’t book directly with her! Appalling accountability.
2. I booked the accommodation on the basis it had the sofa bed in the lounge. I was promised additional sheets by the agency. However, when these were not available I asked the owner for them. She made it very clear in her aggressive tone that it wasn’t a sofa bed and not suitable for someone to sleep on. She advised I would need to find alternative accommodation. This was totally unacceptable. I paid over 1K for the apartment! Sharing a bed with my adult niece for the duration of the holiday was totally inconvenient and not what either of us was expecting.
3. There is nothing luxury about the apartment. The cover on the sofa and cushions in the single bed bedroom are filthy and stained. The curtain in the lounge has not been fitted properly. There is filth and dust behind the sofa and a large hole exposing wires. There wasn’t sufficient coat hangers for all the guests and there wasn’t an iron available as advertised on the website. These were provided the following day.
3. The coffee machine does not work properly. The filter isn’t filtering coffee.
4. The internet doesn’t work properly.
5. The shower is inadequate and needs descaling. There are remnants of old shower fittings in the shower that look shoddy.
6. The blind in the single bed bedroom is broken so it has to be left down all the time.
7. The garden looks unkempt and uncared for. The gardener arrived to cut the weeds during our stay. The garden desperately needs a water system and more tender care.
8. The air conditioning unit outside the lounge leaks water all over the patio.
9. The bin had not been emptied on our arrival so there was very little space for our rubbish. Filthy cat food was left too with flies crawling all over it.

The place is at a ptime location right on the Beach in Agios Gordios. Hard to find and only accessable by car with nerves of steal. People are wonderful, terrasse overlooking the beach and stunning sunsets. Appartment has everything one cpuld need. Only the mattress in the master bedroom was rather hard. Appartment is very clean and new. All in all a lovely place, with lovely people, that take care immidiately of any problem that might occur.

Lovely, clean apartment on the beach
Lovely apartment on the beach. Warmly welcomed by Greta, who was lovely and really helpful ( we were able to keep the apartment until we left at 2pm on the last day, this made such a difference as we were able to spend more time on the beach ). The room was lovely, really comfy bed ( pillows a bit too firm, but that's personal taste). Lovely modern shower/bathroom. Great air conditioning, good quality little kitchen - had everything we needed. Matching cups, glasses including champagne flutes and Mythos glasses ( often in apartments we have had odd wine glasses/mugs and no champagne flutes. In one apartment in AG we had to buy a couple of teaspoons from Spiros supermarket . Thus apartment is very well kitted out and extremely clean. The room was serviced every day (except Sunday).
The room was originally made up as twin but Greta soon changed this for us when we mentioned it. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the apartment is the best we have stayed in Agios Gordios ( & we have stayed quite a few over the last 15 years!)
Loads of hanging space in wardrobe, nice matching white wood hangers (I know I'm picky, but hate it when you get a selection of odd hangers)
If I could suggest one improvement ( for me, being picky), it would be somewhere with a mirror to sit and dry/style my hair (this is a common problem in hotel rooms for me, can't stand trying to do it in the bathroom over a sink)
Love this place, though, and will hopefully return❤️

A wonderful place to stay.
From booking to check in, the communication was always excellent. Greta, the lady who received us, was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The location is right on the beach, yet very quiet at night when you need to sleep. Plenty of places to eat, buy groceries or souvenirs. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean, as was the apartment and the water pressure excellent. The building is fairly old, as is the decor, but this is not a priority for us.
We would definitely book here again.
