If you want a relaxing holiday avoid this place
We stayed here a few weeks ago, throughout our 10 day holiday we had many issues. We were constantly moved rooms to accommodate other guest, asked to move into a room that had a floating floor steep steps annd no banister very unsuitable for my 13 month old baby who could have quite easily wandered towards the edge which was a sheer drop to the ground floor. Once we said no as it was not viable for We were hounded by staff as well as the other guest. Meaning my parents had ended moving room 3 times slowly downsizing more and more after paying for two family rooms and not even able to unpack their suitcases. My room was then taken for us on the last night meaning we then had to swap into another member of our party’s room that didn’t have children leaving them on a single bed on the floor in my mums room. The hotel have now replied to our review stating how we “snuck people into our rooms” however they provided the bed for our guest to stay in there.we had no water for one full day. The Wi-Fi did not work, there were door handles Falling off all over. Sinks that didn’t drain. We didn’t have a proper clean just fresh towels left on the wall outside.

Ottima casa per i ragni
All’arrivo ci hanno portato al l’appartamento senza fare il check-in e senza chiedere i documenti o il nominativo.
Entrando nell’appartamento abbiamo subito notano i fornelli arrugginiti.
Le molle dei materassi erano malandate e la Cleaner passava ogni quattro giorni per “pulire”, senza cambiare lenzuola o asciugamani, ma sostituendo solo la busta del secchio che in realtà veniva svuotata e rimessa li, la mattina del quarto giorno siamo stati svegliati dalla suddetta cleaner dicendo che doveva pulire solo il bagno, anche se invece che pulirlo ha rimesso solo la carta igienica.
Dopo due giorni abbiamo notato che l’armadio era pieno di formiche e ragni, sia dentro che dietro l’armadio, infatti abbiamo dovuto spostarlo e pulirlo noi, dato che nel soggiorno non c’è stata la presenza di nessuno alla reception.
Aprendo i cassetti della cucina si sentiva puzza di muffa e le rispettive posate erano sporche e macchiate.
Il primo giorno dal lavandino della cucina usciva acqua marrone.
A parer mio per quello che abbiamo trovato la somma pagata e stata di gran lunga maggiore.
