Great option for Oia
However, once there, the service is really good. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very nice, with a lot of food. Unfortunately, the bed was not really confortable. Every room has a private terrace to sunbath looking to the sea.
There is a bus stop just 500 m away from it, therefore no need to go to Oia.
The swimming pool is also nice, especially at night. The experience is worth.

Highly recommended small hotel
Georgis Apartments is very nice place to stay, the staff is very helpful, the place is beautiful, white and blue house with around 10 rooms or apartment. And you will find a small pool if you need some freshness .
The + : the owner comes at the entrance of the village with his donkey to leave your baggage and you to his hotel
The - : During a week nobody came to clean the room and evacuate the garbages.
A last attention! Finikai is just 15 minutes from Oia, where you can rent a scooter for 15 euros a day. So enjoy the calmness of this marvelous hotel. And for 52 euros the day including the breakfast. It’s incredible, being in a spot as Santorin.

Georgis Apartments
The price is excellent and the room rate includes a breakfast that is homemade, delicious and large enough to be lunch as well. The room was cleaned/serviced daily to a very high standard. Because of the location, the owner uses a donkey to help with luggage from the carpark. We left New Zealand determined to not ride or use a donkey for anything. In reality we would not have been able to transport 1 particular suitcase to the apartments due to the location so we carried all but 1 piece ourselves. We became quite attached to the donkey and his owner during our stay and can absolutely vouch for the love and attention he gives to his hard working animal. The swimming pool is beautiful and the roof has sun loungers and a great view of the ocean. I would stay here again most definitely.
