Had I stayed here for my entire holiday, I would have left Rhodes with a very different impression of the island

Unfortunately, my experience overall was disappointing. Before arrival, customer service was extremely poor. I spent over a week trying to resolve a booking issue and received little assistance, with requests repeatedly declined and no real effort made to help.
The hotel itself did not match expectations. The facilities were also underwhelming. The pool area is much smaller and less appealing than it appears online, and the advertised gym consists of only three pieces of cardio equipment. The hotel advertises fully furnished balconies, however my balcony contained only a single rusty table and no chairs, making it unusable and the room was very small.
The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. You can hear conversations, doors, footsteps and even people sneezing in the corridor. Light also comes through the gap under the room door, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Another issue was that a bathroom window had been left open before my arrival, which resulted in a large number of mosquito bites during my stay.
The breakfast was average but nothing special.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the poor customer service, noise levels, misleading balcony description and disappointing facilities mean I would not stay here again or recommend it.
The experience was so disappointing that I paid for alternative accommodation elsewhere on Rhodes rather than spend my holiday here. Despite having already paid for this hotel, I chose to stay elsewhere after just one night. I also woke up covered in mosquito bites following my stay, which only added to an already poor experience.

Short vacation with friends.

A nice little hotel, quiet and centrally located. Our room was quite small, but sufficient, clean, and well-maintained. However, when showering, you do get the entire small bathroom wet.
Breakfast was very good, everything you need (hot and cold, savory and sweet) and good coffee. You could even sit outside on a small terrace. We felt very comfortable during our 3 days and would choose the hotel again anytime. In the immediate vicinity, there are great taverns, and the sea is also quickly accessible.

Completely ordinary 3-star hotel in Greek style, completely without any luxury

Purchased a week's stay here through Ving travel agency. The room should be Double luxury room. I noticed no luxury, there was quite a kettle and a very small ig noisy refrigerator in the room that is actually too small for 2 people. The bathroom was very narrow and broken, the door that had no lock had gone into dissolution as the floor of the bathroom is always flooded after showering, although one is careful. Some mushroom in the shower. The bathroom in this room should have been demolished and rebuilt. Breakfast was ok, but the same every day - which is a little weird. Breakfast times are ok, from 7:30 to 10:30. If you arrive at 10:10-10:15 it is empty for food and drink - they do not fill up with food. The pool is a big jizz with room for 4 pieces in worn sun chairs. There is only a brief glow of the sun there for 7-8 hours in the morning - otherwise shadow. The pool is terribly small and shallow. Wifi worked 100%. The services were very friendly.
The location is straightforward, 5 minutes walk to Elli beach and short distance to the new town and old town. Enough small shops nearby that sell water etc.
All in all - a nice 3-star hotel just to sleep on. Absolutely no luxury to track anywhere.

Nice small hotel near centre of Rhodes Town.

A friendly hotel on a side street very close to the Rhodes Casino and beaches. My room was lovely and comfortable and clean and the cleaning ladies do a great job. I had a balcony overlooking other buildings but it was still a nice space for mornings and sunsets. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.
