I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service at Hotel Philippion in Thessaloniki.
I am a regular guest of your hotel and often stay here with my actors during our professional trips and performances. Every time, I am very pleased with the conditions, the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive attitude of your team. It is always comfortable and pleasant for us to stay at Hotel Philippion.
I would especially like to thank George at the reception. Today he helped me a lot with my documents, and I truly appreciate his support, patience and attention. He is a very pleasant, friendly and communicative young man, always ready to assist and explain everything clearly.
It is a real pleasure to meet such employees. I believe every hotel would be lucky to have more staff members like George, because people like him truly help guests and make their stay much easier and more comfortable.

Direct renovation of the outdoor pool area
Dirty and kids in the pool that definitely pissed. The pool dirty with dead and living carcasses in the water.
The tents when you lay down on the couch were in the mold and the spectacle was disgusting.
It gives the feeling that the pool and bar space has been renovated for at least 20 years.
Relatively cheap entrance to a hotel pool, in 10 e, but for the overlooked picture that we had and these were a lot.

To be avoided despite an exceptional geographical location. What a shame!
But during our 2-day stay, our beds were not made, and the towels were not changed.
No plug in the sink
At the restaurant, the tablecloths are dragging on the floor, the table overlays are stained, the coffee machine is dirty and not cleaned. A dog entered the room twice during breakfast.
The cleanliness really leaves much to be desired
Workers from a nearby construction site are staying at the hotel. They make quite a noise until 11 PM, and also in the morning around 6 AM.

We are trully sorry that we were unable to make the beds on the 29th. as a maid got sick and we unable to replace her.and the rest of the maids had to give priority to clean the rooms for the group arrivals at the same day.
We had the unfortunate experience with you when a lost dog suddenly entered the hotel without us initially noticing it and taking it out.. Fortunately, its owners were found the next day and took it.
We hope to welcome you again in the future.
