A ‘Valliant’ effort!

Have to be honest…if you’re looking for luxury then this isn’t for you! The hotel itself is functional but basic….does exactly what it says on the tin!!! The food is plentiful but variation isn’t great. The rooms need updating as others have said but perform a function if that makes. The staff were friendly and attentive however I’d say the amenities were a bit basic. Loved the plane spotting option of the stay though!!!! I’d sum up by saying if you can get it as part of a decently priced deal it’s fine.

Perfect family vacation!

Welcoming and clean property, ideal for families.
The entire staff is very kind and super helpful: from the reception to the bartenders, from the kitchen to the dining room and cleaning staff.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the pool is beautiful and well-maintained.
The typical Greek food is excellent. The All Inclusive package is truly complete and leaves nothing to be desired.
The location is strategic: the hotel is near the airport, has a bus stop a stone's throw away, and a stunning sea just a 5-minute walk away. They collaborate with car, quad, motorcycle, and scooter rental agencies at great prices, and they have them delivered directly to the hotel for you.
It's just a shame about the beach, stunning but poorly maintained by the municipality, but this is absolutely not the hotel's fault.
Highly recommended!

Simple hotel

Simple, smaller hotel, food okay but not very varied. Staff friendly. Pool is not cleaned properly. Room functional. Always enough lounge chairs available. "Beach" approx. 10 minutes' walk away. Water clean. The beach is a dump. Late check-out not possible, even though a room would have been available. Cocktails not particularly good. Mainly French guests.

Pure happiness

We went to spend 7 days with my husband and my 17-year-old son. A very clean hotel, a buffet that pleases everyone: with Greek specialties, vegetarian dishes, no fewer than 6/8 choices of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Menus that change every time you visit the restaurant. The dining room staff is very smiling, available, and does everything to satisfy you. Upon our arrival at the reception, we were welcomed by the manager as well as her activity leader Charles. Both of them very friendly . Very clean and very modern room, ideal air conditioning, room with a terrace. The bar staff is very welcoming and smiling, all the staff is pleasant and very respectful. The activity leader was very professional (pétanque, water polo, aqua volley...) only activities to help you spend pleasant days. A beautiful Greek evening on Thursday night with dancers in traditional clothing. Spend long evenings at the bar by the pool and enjoy the lounge chairs while savoring a good cocktail or a good lemon lemonade. We had already come to Rhodes two years ago but not in this hotel and frankly we are not disappointed to have spent this pleasant stay in this hotel which for us was truly a week of relaxation. The planes are just a detail, nothing to make a negative point about.

Would not return

The hotel left us with mixed feelings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints about the service. However, we would not choose this hotel again.
The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the bedrooms. The bathrooms are outdated, and every time you take a shower, water leaks onto the bathroom floor. The towels also looked old and worn out.
The food was disappointing. We stayed for a week, and the menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety. It was especially difficult to find suitable food for children. Even the pancakes at breakfast were only available every other day.
The hotel is located close to the airport, so planes fly overhead frequently, from early in the morning until late in the evening. It was quite difficult to get used to the noise.
Entertainment was very limited. During our entire one-week stay, there was only one evening event, on Thursday. There were a few board games available, and the pool table cost €2 per game.
The all-inclusive package could also be improved. Cocktails were only included from 5:00 pm onwards. Ice cream was available, but the cones tasted like very cheap supermarket cones and were not enjoyable.
We paid around €800 per person and travelled as a group of six, so we expected much better value for the money. We have stayed in much better hotels for a similar price. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we would not return.
