It is a perfect hotel, especially the staff are very kind and helpful for every issue. The street where the hotel located is very beautiful. Thanks!

No relationship between price and quality.
For a 4-star hotel it is unacceptable to have a dirty balcony with rusted racks and table seats.
Have a rusted refrigerator.
To flood both baths because they were not given proper slopes.
The bathroom breeze should have perimetric holes and be covered with film.
There shouldn't be a rope to stretch towels and swimwear.
Kitchen equipment and free cosmetic products lacking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet the standards you expected, and we would like to clarify several of the points you raised.
Regarding the balcony furniture, as soon as you brought the issue with the tables and chairs to our attention, our team replaced them immediately. We are sorry they were not in the condition you expected when you first arrived.
The bathroom wall had unfortunately been damaged by a previous guest. As the room was continuously occupied during the peak summer season, we were unable to carry out the complete repair immediately. We nevertheless recognise that this should not have affected your experience and are addressing it as soon as occupancy allows.
We do not provide clotheslines or ropes in the rooms, primarily for aesthetic and safety reasons. However, our guests are welcome to use our laundry and drying service, particularly for beach towels and swimwear.
Regarding the kitchenette, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided, while pots and pans are available upon request. Not every guest uses the kitchenette for cooking, so we provide the additional equipment when requested. Our team would have been happy to bring these to you during your stay.
The room also includes shower gel for body and hair, hand soap, additional bathroom amenities and slippers. We are sorry if you felt that anything was missing and would have been happy to provide additional items upon request.
Finally, we apologise for the small area of rust you noticed on the refrigerator. This should have been identified and addressed by our team, and we have taken note of your comment.
We appreciate that you took the time to point out these issues. Some were resolved immediately when brought to our attention, while others require maintenance work that we are addressing. We always encourage guests to contact reception during their stay, as our team is committed to finding practical solutions wherever possible.

A perfect hotel
The location is 5-6 minutes from the city center by car. It's at a very good distance. The rooms are very large and spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and they all try to assist with everything. The breakfast was adequate and delicious. We stayed as a family and left very satisfied.

Salin clean hotel
The hotel's location is great. The staff are very attentive, a special thank you to Yannis. The rooms are nice and spacious. If you are coming to Mytilene, you should definitely rent a car or come with your own vehicle.

Our vacation at the Loriet Hotel in Mithilini was amazing. Everything was perfect. We really had very good time in there. Thanks for the hospitality and the hygiene conditions. Having new plans for coming back again.
