Spectacular views
Beautiful hotel, accommodating and helpful staff. No elevators so for those of us with mobility issues, DO NOT BOOK A SUPERIOR ROOM as there are many slippery stone steps without railings.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially because of the attitude of a member of staff
On July 24th, I went to this hotel even though I was not staying there, as I wanted to have lunch at the restaurant. That same morning, I had called the hotel specifically to make sure that outside guests were allowed to dine at the restaurant. I was clearly told that this would be possible.
When I arrived, I went to reception and, to my surprise, I was told that I could not have lunch. I explained that I had called earlier that morning and had specifically been told that I could. I was then told to sit in the outdoor dining area.
After waiting approximately 15–20 minutes, a waiter named Antoine finally came over.
This is where the experience became even more unpleasant. Antoine immediately asked me for my room number. I calmly explained that I was not staying at the hotel and that I was there simply to have lunch, as I had already confirmed by phone that morning.
Instead of trying to understand the situation or find a solution, Antoine went to speak with the receptionist. He then came back and simply told me that I had to leave.
What disappointed me most was not the fact that the hotel ultimately refused to serve me. A hotel is perfectly entitled to have its own policies regarding outside guests. What I find unacceptable is the way the situation was handled.
I had called in advance specifically to avoid this kind of problem. I followed the information given to me by the hotel, arrived at the property, was allowed to sit in the outdoor area and waited for around 15–20 minutes, only to then be told that I had to leave.
Antoine’s attitude was particularly disappointing. I would have expected a waiter working in a hotel of this standard to show basic courtesy, professionalism and the ability to deal with an uncomfortable situation appropriately. Even if there had been a mistake between reception and the restaurant, that mistake was not mine.
A professional approach would have been to politely explain what had happened and apologize for the confusion. Instead, after making me wait, I was simply told to leave.
This experience made me feel extremely unwelcome. The lack of communication between the hotel staff was already disappointing, but the way Antoine handled the situation made it considerably worse.
Management should seriously review how situations like this are handled by the staff. Clear communication, courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum standard when dealing with guests and potential customers.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and I certainly would not return.

Girls Trip!
We loved it here! Stayed with three friends, first time in Greece. Everyone was wonderful and so hospitable. Helped us every step of the way. The included breakfast every morning was phenomenal and the lunch menu and drinks were great too. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area was small but just enough for us, and although there was lack of longue areas, there always seemed to be one available. Great location by the beach in walking distance. Also in walking distance to a nearby shop. My only complaint was the smell of sewage near the pool, there must have been something nearby.
A special shoutout to George who was so kind and welcoming!!! We loved him and his enthusiasm. Thank you, George!!

Beautiful hotel
We had an unbelievable four night stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in the lovely area of Ornos.
Private pool, and views of the bay were to die for. The staff were so friendly and attentive.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Mykonos
Great hotel with everything you need. The rooms were very modern and had everything you would need. The staff from the moment I stepped in were so helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend the place more!
