Truly superb

A superb experience. This small hotel in situated on the beach in Vathy. Stunning village. Hosts were amazing, sorting taxis, offering home made lemonade and olive oil. If you want to say in Vathy then you must stop here. Accommodation is lovely, clean and comfortable. If you want a tranquil get away this is definitely the place to come.

Lovely location

Taking into account that this is an apartment located on the floor above the owner's home and not a boutique hotel as the name might suggest, we can say that we had a very good time.
Enchanting location on Vathy beach, you won't put on your shoes either to go to the beach, or to go to the restaurant, or to go to the supermarket! All the premises are directly on the sand!
The house is clean, well furnished and equipped with everything, I would go back immediately!

Very nice place in Vathy

A very nice room, beautifully and attractively decorated. A perfect sitting area outside in the shade of olive trees and lime trees and the beach and sea on your doorstep. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Next time I hope to stay longer.

Great hosts, fantastic location

Very lovely accommodation in beautiful location right on the beach in stunning and peaceful Vathy. Francesco our host was friendly, informative, generous and helpful, and would chat and bring us marvellous things to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious with good facilities. I would recommend staying here if you want peace and relaxation.

Absolutely disgusting treatment with booking

We booked through the site Booking.com 3 months before our stay and chose the option of paying at the hotel. They tried to get a deposit on the exact date my card expired (01/08) and unfortunately could not be charged. This is understandable and I could have entered my new card... BUT INSTEAD.. they simply cancelled by booking without notice.
I was never informed by booking.com and never informed by the hotel itself. I happened to log into my account and saw that it was cancelled..
The worst thing was the indifference of the hotel staff when I called. When asked why they didn't inform me of the cancellation, they simply shrugged me off and said "You are booking.com's customer and not ours". Absolutely disgusting customer service and clearly all they want to do is make money from last minute bookings instead of honouring longer term bookings.
I simply cannot believe and accept the fact that they wanted to "pass the ball" to booking.com (Who are at fault AS WELL for not informing me of the cancellation) instead of actually picking up the phone and telling their potential customer that there was an issue with payment..
Completely unprofessional approach and I will strive to convince all my acquaintances to avoid their stay here at all costs.
