July 2026 family stay

Tommy, Luis, and Anaïs welcomed us with smiles that never left their faces. They knew how to include us in all the activities, and we enjoyed them. Family of 2 adults, 1 child of 8 years old, and 2 mini-adults of 21 and 23 years old, everyone was able to find something they liked. I highly recommend it.

They stole our SUP and nobody cared!!

We are here since just two days and they stole our SUP!
We have asked the hotel where we could leave it and they addressed us to a small warehouse close to the beach where they also store some stuff and it is usually used by guests. Not only the very next morning the sup was not there, but the director and the owner of the hotel clearly said it was none of their business.
We called the police and they left us completely alone to file the theft pretending nothing has happened.
Simply outrageous and unacceptable!!
I strongly recommend no to come in this place.

Never two without three: Another perfect stay!

This is our third stay at Negroponte, and the magic still works just as well. This small hotel has become our true haven of peace.
Here is why we return with our eyes closed:
-Absolute calm: The place is ideal for recharging despite the presence this year of a seminar of Americans, which is not bothersome for us.
-A top-notch beach: Direct access to a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped beach. A pure joy to unwind all day long. No sunbed wars in the morning.
-A delight from morning to night: Whether it's breakfast or the various meals, everything is absolutely delicious!
The cuisine is excellent.
-An amazing Kappa team: A huge thank you to Tommy for his good humor and perfect management as the leader, to Luis for his dynamism, kindness, and sunny disposition, and finally to Anaïs for her energy and smile! They are dynamic, caring, and create a fantastic atmosphere while respecting everyone's rest.
-The staff is always welcoming and attentive. One thing is for sure: we will return for a fourth time without hesitation!
-In summary: If you are looking for the perfect combination of relaxation, good food, and friendliness, go for it!

Great

Everything is really okay; the restaurant offers several different local menus each day. The pool has seawater. The entire team is very welcoming. A thank you to the entertainment team, which is specialized in their field and Greek culture. And a very special thank you to Tommy, who is very attentive+++

Eat well, sleep well, gaze at the sea.

I think this is my 6th visit. As always the food is outstanding. I stayed in a different building this time and found it also to be at the same high standard. I also bought the bathrobe! I also love coming over to the island on the little ferry!
