Marvelous place, perfect location, amazing hosts

Marvelous place, perfect location, amazing hosts! Italian style villa in the heart of Chalkidiki. Some of the best Sithonia beaches are at walking distance. Amazing Latoura beach is 100 meters away. 400 meters to the marvelous Lagonisi beach. The villa is even better then on the photos. Vast green yard, lovely gardens, BBQ area with a big TV and outside relax areas with sunbeds and umbrellas. Shady parking. All rooms have AC and perfect Wi Fi. Well-furnished and spotlessly clean rooms with mosquito nets. Their balconies have lovely views to the garden, the sea, the sunset and the song of the crickets. There are also tables in front of the rooms so you can sit there too. Big attention to the details. You will find here everything needed for a fabulous vacation. The owners are incredibly nice, friendly, helpful, kind and they really make you feel home! They speak English, Italian, Serbian and Greek. Grazie mille, Giorgio and Voika! Definitely our best holiday in Greece! We will come back for sure. I do recommend this place!

Peace and a view

Villa Iris is a charming, peaceful and comfortable place in the hearth of Sithonia peninsula. All in white with enormous yard, green spaces everywhere, trees, small gardens... Amazing Lagonisi beach is 5min walking distance, and the city centre 1km away. The owners are lovely couple who are so easy going and friendly. AC available, free WiFi also. Pet friendly

Great location for a fantastic voyage

In the heart of the sithonia peninsula, villa Iris offers small but clean and well furnished rooms in a green and relaxing environment, colse to some of the best beaches, with all that you need to spend a great time in this fantastic region. Particularly suited for couples with childrens. *****

rooms to let

Though the rooms are a bit dirty (no recent renovation done) they have air conditioning and free wifi. I'm not sure if all the rooms have tv (ours didn't) and I didn't get how the warm water system works. The owner is very friendly and helpful helped us by giving us room 2 days before our arrival(considering that it's a high season now).The villa is located in a great invironment and has access to all the great beaches. Must mention that it is family and pet friendy hotel and medium

Great ambience, tranquility and comfort especially for families with small children

Over expectations. Even chosed as starting point for local trips it proved a great choice since we arrived. We found a oasis of tranquility and nature, with alot of comfort while good style , litteracy and attention to details (owner's wife proficiency). Barbeque well endowed, terraces, palms and many flowers llike in a bothanical garden. We stayed at groundfloor since better for kids but floors proved to reveal better view on surrdoundings. By the way, the beach even not behind the villa proved to be very easy to be reached, in a small tranquill bay with few boats anchored. Thus good choice for days when no other exploring trips have been made. One personal remark: the blue colour chosed as villa's brand has a Greek flavour while details brought by owner's wife are truly Italian. Remark: if electric hot water in house, outside great solar shower remembered me of flower power period...just my feelings..anyway nice and cosy style. A nice big TV outside in a relaxed corned of the garden gather guests and owners lately in the evening in a very friendly way, no matter spoken language. Since talken about evenings, the blue-green coloured lights in the backyard give some special air, while each person can have one relaxed place somewhere in the wide and full of flowers yard.
