Wonderful view of the acropolis

We love staying at Chrsya studios, the owners are very friendly and helpful, we stayed in room 9,at the top with great views of the acropolis, the room has everything you need,kettle, hob,toaster,hairdryer, it has a bath/shower, we have stayed in other places in the village but always return here.

Besides being treated like I made everything up it is a decent place. But check for ants and insects

I’d reserved a long time here but after 7 days I left. The problem wasn’t so much that for various days in a row I had ants in the tub and in the sink, or that upon going to sleep there insects in the bed, or that two nights in a row I’d to take cold showers, the problem was that the owner told me that these things were happening only to me, even after showing her all the pictures of the insects. I would have been happy to move immediately if she had proposed it (I’d chosen an economy room
and told her I’d pay extra for another, she said yes to another a few days down the road), but I felt mocked as if I’d invented everything which I had not (see pics below). In any other hotel I would have been reimbursed for the discomfort. Here I was scoffed at. I guess this is what you get at a two star place and I’ve learned my lesson.

Basic but comfortable studios

Located in the upper part of Lindos, they consist of studios with kitchenette and bathroom, large but with old-fashioned furnishings, however clean and with frequent change (on request) of bathroom tablecloths.
The beds were excellent and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare quick meals and breakfasts (there was even a moka pot, big but it was there!).
The managers were present and vigilant, especially with us who arrived in Lindos immediately after the fires broke out and helped us overcome the hardships of those days (alternating lack of electricity and water).
From the terrace and just from some apartments the view of Lindos and the Acropolis is wonderful.
Presence of a parking space.

Amazing place to stay

Amazing view on the Acropolis from the veranda; parking usually available in the little side-street leading to the hotel.
Lindos-center can be reached within 10 minutes on foot (steps).
Very clean.
Hand sanitizer available.
Large closet with sufficient storage space.
Well-equipped kitchenette, small and well-functioning fridge with well-sized freezer; small table.
On the negative side:
No window shutters and sun falls directly on eyes in the morning because bed is right below window.
No direct access via room to verandah; verandah is possibly shared with one other room (though we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves) which means it could get noisy since table is right next to room window.
Socket near bed is not very functional as it is in the middle of the two pillows.
Overall: would definitely stay again.

Charged for a room we couldn’t use because we didn’t travel ,due to corona virus !

So we couldn’t ravel ,I asked if we could move to the same days next year,
No reply, they just took all the money .
Pretty unfair considering the current climate !!
Booked through booking .com as well so I won’t be using them in the future .
Contacted booking . Com and there not interested , so I’ll be Using other sites in future !
