Walking wallets

We had booked three nights at Villa Agali for myself, my 11-year-old daughter, and her grandmother. Unfortunately, shortly before our stay, we learned that the area had started to be affected by an influx of purple jellyfish, known to be among the most dangerous species. Given the potential health risks, especially for a child and an elderly person, we politely asked if it would be possible to cancel our reservation and receive a refund. We made this request several days in advance.
The owner couldn’t have cared less. Not only did he flatly refuse any kind of understanding or gesture of goodwill, but he also went as far as denying the presence of jellyfish altogether claiming that we (and the media) were making it... Ironically, we will receive a grand refund of 6 euros, most likely the tourist tax .
You can find the article here attesting their presence in the region on a lot of Greek news website. Even on Greek reporter if you can't read Greek.
Having worked in tourism for years, including in high-end international hotels, I can safely say this is one of the most unprofessional and shameful attitudes I’ve come across. If you book here and encounter any issue, expect zero support. Everything will be your fault. The owner clearly sees his guests as nothing more than walking wallets.
Absolutely no empathy. No flexibility. No sense of hospitality. Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being treated like you're disposable.
400 euros down but the smile still there .

Kind and friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food

We spent 4 great nights at Agali villa. The villa is 70 m. away from the beach,rooms were cleaned daily. The food was very delicious and I've never met nicer and more caring staff. If you travel along with your dog this is the perfect place for you to stay in Limenaria!

Krásné místo,skvělé ubytování

Ubytování ve vile bylo hezké,čisté, vše fungovalo.Na polopenzi jsme docházeli cca 5min do malého rodinného hotelu Agali.Gurmánský zážitek rozhodně nečekejte,ale vždy se dalo něco vybrat,odpovídá 2 **. Bezplatné slunečníky a lehátka jsou hned u hotelové restaurace,vždy se dalo najít volné místo. Hotelový bazén je menší, ale nám to stačilo,bar u bazénu zrovna nefungoval. Majitelka hotelu a vily i ostatní personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný.Pláž je čistá, písečná,vstup do moře je oblázkový,hloubka docela brzy. Vodní sporty na pláži jsme nenašli. Super market je hned vedle vily u hlavní cesty,další je po cestě na pláž,po cestě na pláž najdete po levé straně i pekárnu. Letovisko Limenaria i Agali hotel +vila určitě doporučujeme.

Όμορφο και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση,πολύ νόστιμα φαγητά και υπέροχα κοκτέιλ.Καθαρα δωματια.Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα.ευχαριστουμε πολυ ολο το team Agali για τις όμορφες στιγμές που μας χάρισαν.Σας το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
