Exellent expirience
We were absolutely delighted with our stay! Kostas is truly the best host we have ever had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained, and honestly look even better in person than they do in the photos. The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic, and I’ve attached a few photos and videos so you can see it for yourself.
Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs (both boiled and fried), and plenty of other options. There was genuinely something for everyone. Every morning, Kostas kindly offered to make us coffee, and his espresso was fantastic!
There is also plenty of parking in the courtyard for all guests, and some of the most beautiful beaches are just a short drive from the accommodation.
Overall, the atmosphere is truly warm and family-like. We felt completely at home throughout our stay. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lefkada!

Welcoming and comfortable, wonderful view.
It is a guest house and not a hotel, this should be kept in mind, and that is the beauty of this establishment for me.
The structure is located on a promontory easily reachable in 30 seconds (or less) from the main road, 3 minutes by car from the nearest beach, and 5 minutes by car from Agios Nikitas.
Despite this, it is far from any noise.
A true oasis of peace, the view is spectacular, and one can enjoy the sunset every evening (all the rooms face the sea).
There is a well-maintained garden, with many plants and several small areas with different tables/chairs/verandas/hammocks where one can freely walk around and sit every day without being disturbed in any way.
It is family-run, and the kindness of the owners, who go out of their way to meet all the needs and requirements of the guests, makes one feel very much at home. They lent me a hairdryer that I had lost during my trip and a beach umbrella without me even asking for it. Two bottles of water just arrived to keep in the room.
Breakfast is prepared in the kitchen by the owner; if one wakes up early, one can still find her in the kitchen in a bathrobe preparing the trays for the buffet... the kitchen is open, one can open the fridge, and one leaves the dishes in the sink. It makes one feel very much "at home," pampered.
Breakfast can also be enjoyed outside in the garden or on one's own terrace, wherever one wants with maximum freedom and respect.
The rooms are small but comfortable; the bathroom is not brand new and very basic but comfortable, and it has everything one needs. Cleaning is done every 3 days, punctually, and the room is clean.
There is a drying rack, clothespins, a mini fridge, and a trash can in the bathroom. Everything one needs for a beach vacation.
Convenient internal parking.
Very kind and helpful guests.

Oasis of peace
We return after 7 years in this structure because in our opinion as soon as you pass the gate, you will find a unique and priceless view and sense of peace! The hosts Kristina and Kostas always of fabulous kindness! The bright spacious room with terrace where you can admire fabulous sunsets! Hearty breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savoury options! The property is located a few kilometers from Kathima beach and Agio Nikitas, thank you guys for your vs kindness you are special! see you next time we will return to Lefkada!

Excellent hotel with very welcoming owners! I recommend it as it was clean, comfortable beds, very good breakfast! Comfortable parking. Fast internet! Thea is magical! Definitely one of the best accommodations in the area. Easy access and the beach is nearby!

Holidays in Lefkada
The view offered by the accommodation is magical. Very hospitable people, kind, willing to serve you in whatever you need. The room is spotlessly clean. For sure if I come to Lefkada again I will prefer it again. Thank you .
