the best

I stayed in the suites for a week with my friends and it was really perfect! The owner was so welcoming and friendly that she made you have fun all the time. It's a new suite that has everything, the jacuzzi was spotless and we really enjoyed it. Close distance. we had everything. thank you for the hospitality

Amazing

Amazing place .you have everything you need and it is in the center of Laganas. the jacuzzi is awesome and the decoration is perfect. clean every day I recommend it to everyone.the beach was 10 minutes by foot, we really enjoyed it

A clean decent place

We reserved this place for a couple of nights and the pictures were a little misleading. The swimming pool is at the hotel, not at the suites. Although you could go there ( free access), it was not very close to the suites.
The rooms were clean, every day the cleaning lady came and changed towels and sheets, so from this point of you the place is very decent to stay in for a holiday trip.
They give you only one key ( we were 4 people) and this might be a problem. For example our neighbours every morning when they arrived "home" ( because they did not have an another key) they used to knock the door very hard ( with their legs and fists) and screaming and so on..so it was very hard for other guests to sleep. Also we called the reception every night they didn't do much to calm them down, or when they did, it was aleready to late.
Another dissapointing aspect was that although we communicate with
the host and told the arriving time, we got there half an hour later and because of that( they said) we had to wait in the heat, outside, for another half an hour until someone came to give us the key.
Also, almost each day we ran out of cold water so we had to call the reception and announce this and wait until the problem was fixed. This was very frustrating because we would arrive from the beach and could not take a shower ( well, you could only with hot water and get some high degrees burns all over your body).
So, to sum up, there were some negative aspects and personally I wouldn't go back there again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RABIES CATS & EVEN WORSE SERVICE!

They asked for 200 EURO cash when we arrived & refused other methods of payment (through Airbnb) as I quote “they would have to pay tax otherwise” - which isn’t allowed. Extremely rude & overpowering when challenged regarding this and receiving it back. Had the audacity to say all we’ve done is complain because we asked where are the cleaners after not being instructed that you had to book them even though they’re meant to come every day? Although the property is nice, photos can be a little deceiving as it is smaller than you’d expect (not a big issue though). As soon as the air con gets turned off, the whole place starts smelling like sewage, disgusting!
Don’t be conned by the wristbands either, those bars couldn’t even get in 5 customers when the whole strip was locked off, even when they sell the place as being packed with over 100 people.. you’re better off buying a bottle from the spar, pre drinking & making your way down to the strip where it’s more active - also avoids you drinking their paint remover alcohol.
When we asked for a refund for the remaining days of the band (we’d pay for the day we used) due to the false advertisement under which the band was sold & police locking off the strip, the boss was extremely dismissive & just had us standing there whilst she continued to do what she was doing.. in the end just went back and forward with the rep & didn’t get a refund or even use it afterwards.
Outside of the suite was infested with cats with rabies on the brink of death, will have you fearful to leave the place & defecated up the property. Not to mention the dogs that are constantly tearing up the spar rubbish bags across the road.
Neighbours also were not impressed with the service either, overall you can get a much better service & just as nice of a place elsewhere so I don’t recommend staying here.. beautiful island though & still an enjoyable experience even though the service from the apartment was beyond mediocre.
Feel like this may be potentially down to a bit of discrimination, so bare that in mind.

Avoid at all costs. The owner is scamming the government with tax avoidance and conning guests with extra money upfront!

A group of us stayed here in a jacuzzi apartment. However the owner was very rude and talked over the booker of the party who could not get word in edgewise when she asked for a cleaner to visit the property. She was rude and dismissive and the facilities such as advertised “daily cleaning” was incorrect. The owner told us “her house her rules” she demanded 200 euro upfront as a security and refused to take this via bank transfer demanded it in cash so she could avoid paying tax to the Greek government. As soon as you turn the air con off the whole place smells like sewage and the property is a lot smaller than advertised. Moreover the owner allowed a sales rep into the apartment without our permission to pressure us into buying wristbands and additional services as soon as we arrived. DO NOT stay here you will pay around £700 or more for 5 days and regret it. You will be treated poorly as the woman has no concept of customer service.
