Amazing

Amazing owners! Lovely people always there to help regarding getting around the island! Rooms are lovely bed are comfortable.
They also own best of Zante which is a boat experience that is absolutely fabulous! Always use these every year Angelo and his team are amazing always making sure you can see the turtles and all the other amazing views. We also were lucky to visit Marathonisi.

Very comfortable and beautiful rooms! Mrs. Roula is kind and always willing to help us!

The apartments were perfect! Modern, spacious and clean! But what will make us prefer them again when we visit the island is Mrs. Roula! perfect hospitality! Always with a smile, kind and willing to help us! The kids loved it as I did! We thank her very much

Beware of credit card rip-offs!!!

We booked a family room at the "No Name Apartments in Laganas" for 4 people (2 children) when we arrived in Zakynthos Laganas "No Name Apartments" on August 21st, 2023 from Germany at around 11:40 a.m., the owner Roula rudely informed us that the room would only be available from 3 p.m.! Although we had informed her in writing a week before that we would arrive in Laganas in Zakynthos at around 12 p.m. After the rude announcement by the owner, we went into town and waited 3 hours in a cafeteria in 35°C heat. When we got back at 3 p.m., the owner told us that she no longer wanted to give us the room despite the booking and that we should leave. I then informed Booking and complained immediately. Although I had paid with my credit card, she wanted us to pay the money again on site, either in cash or by credit card, arguing that she had not received the money.
I immediately called my bank and had it confirmed that the payment had been successful. Despite all the evidence, the owner did not want to give us the room because I wanted to call the police in an incorrect and fraudulent way through the owner!
ATTENTION!!! The owner ROULA tries to rip off tourists and collect money twice.
BE CAREFUL!!!!
Luckily we were able to find something else spontaneously.

Excellent

The hotel is clean with a nice and large room. It is in a quiet location for relaxation and not far from the city center with nightlife , ATM supermarket and more. I highly recommend it! Thank you for all ! We had a great time on our vacation ‍❤️‍

Not a great place to stay

We stayed there with my friends this summer.The apartments have many problems,especially the economy ones.Poor water pressure and also the water was either super cold or super hot.The second and most important to me was the poor hygene.Every towel we saw had some black and yellow spots and also the kitchen equipment was pretty old and dirty.Would not recomment it.
