Do not stay

I stayed in apple hotel for approximately 3 and a half weeks as I was working out in Zante for a few weeks with my friend, the accommodation was outrageous. The place was infested with ants and bed bugs. The owners were no help when asked about new towels or new bed sheets. Very inhuman conditions

Unpleasant hotel!

I had a bad experience in paradise apartments so I had to go to apple. When I arrived the rooms were not hygienic, they don’t provide you with toilet rolls, towels, bed sheets daily. I became unwell because of this as I was having to live in a dirty living area. Wouldn’t recommend.

DO NOT STAY.

Arrived to Perks Hotel on 27/6/23 and check in seemed to take a while, we then realised that they must have overbooked as we were moved and downgraded to the 2 star Apple Hotel, clearly showing that it was a shambles of a hotel. Upon arrival at that mess, the hotel was compared to a prison by the man showing us to our rooms. We then saw the room and it was prison-like, this was topped off with a door that was glued together and it would not shut properly, obviously making us feel unsafe. Shocking Hotel.

Dirtiest place ever seen with bed bugs

My daughter booked Apple Hotel for 12 nights from 30/06 - 12/07 - her friends travelled before her because unfortunately her flight was cancelled but she travelled today and while waiting on her connection flight her friends contacted her crying saying that they had to leave the property. Her friend had been in contact the last few nights saying the place was filthy - no one on reception and then people were able to just walk in and out and she was scared - so this morning she woke up and complained again about what appears to be bed bug bites and the dirt of her bathroom but staff were not helpful.
My daughter and her friends need to be refunded for the nights they cannot stay in this hotel due to health and safety fears and compensated for the nights they have been there not feeling safe or clean. But the hotel will not respond or help in anyway
they now need to find new accommodation due to the delapidated condition and lack of security at the Apple Hotel
