My stay at Riviera suites was better than I could have imagined. Katerina greeting me when I arrived and she is absolutely lovely and kind. My room was on the third floor of the beautiful boutique hotel that was in the perfect location. It was completely safe as I was traveling alone but still lively and fun. My window overlooked the harbor and it was sunset as I arrived. Katerina had a bottle of wine ready for me to enjoy. I absolutely loved every minute of my stay at riviera suites. The room was beautifully furnished, the bed was a dream and the bathroom and shower were just as beautiful. My only regret was that I did not stay longer. I can not wait to stay there when I visit Chania again. Thank you so much for everything Katerina. You were even lovelier than your beautiful hotel.

Perfect location and elegant design
Beautiful boutique suites with a stunning minimal aesthetic, located right in the historic harbor. The service was excellent, and the views were unforgettable. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort in Chania!

Highly recommended
We highly recommend this hotel. It is in perhaps the best location in Chania, right on the waterfront on the east side of the Venetian harbor, with beautiful views of the sunset, harbor, lighthouse, and marina. The hotel rooms are tastefully and luxuriously decorated, spacious, spotless, and have wonderfully comfortable beds, bedding, and pillows. The ultimate in attention to detail has been put into everything the guest needs from the quality appointments and décor to the windows (which bring in the fresh sea breezes), natural lighting, fixtures, hardwood floors, and many amenities, most especially in the large, luxurious bathroom.
The proprietor, Katerina, clearly puts her heart into the place. She helped us with reservations for excursions, rental car, and restaurants.
Overall, our stay at the Riviera Suites by far enhanced our Chania experience and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The place to be in Chania!
Our stay at Riviera Suites in Chania was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect — close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing, making it the ideal base to explore Chania.
The accommodations were truly out of this world: stylish, comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. The suites themselves were absolutely stunning. Every detail was beautifully done, and the accommodations felt luxurious, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. Despite being in the heart of the harbour you don’t hear anything from the streets below. It truly felt like a special experience rather than just a place to stay. The view was spectacular showing off the scenic harbour front and amazing sunrises and sun sets (pictured in the review).
What made the experience even more special was Katerina’s incredible hospitality. She was so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. You can really tell how much care and passion goes into creating such a wonderful experience for guests. Amazing value for the location and the amenities close by.
We can’t recommend Riviera Suites enough and would absolutely stay here again!
